We phoned and ordered a medium pizza with half pepperoni, bacon and green pepper. The other half Hawaiian. We got back to our motel to find out it was just pepperoni. That is not what we asked for or paid for. The manager called me a lier that she made it herself. I told her I could send her a picture that it was only pepperoni. She wanted us to bring it back and drive another 24 minutes and wait 10-15 to make it again. The worst customer service I have ever received. I worked for McDonald's for 15 years and would never treat my customers like that. Calling them a lier. I would like someone higher up than that manager to contact me.

This is the first time I've been dissatisfied. I paid for my order and waited in my car for my pizza (because there weren't any) and when I got my pizza it wasn't hot. ? Maybe they didn't call me when it was ready. They didn't. I don't need another pizza just make sure the Hot n Ready is Hot n Ready.

Great staff with great leadership, my son loves their pizza and they are very personal and kind to my self and my autistic son , they always make sure his pepperoni pizza is made the way he likes it and they always make sure he gets a straw that he uses to stim with.

2 Little cheese and pepperoni pizzas and a drink and dip, almost 50 bucks . I couldn't believe it . Could have got Chinese platter for that. And they don't even let you give the option of thin crust and extra sauce. The pizza is mush. Little Caesars 20 years ago was amazing. How did it go so rough? How'd it still in business.

Last night, the girl working was so unbelievably miserable and rude I am still in shock.I placed my order online, hoping to avoid a wait when I arrived. I arrived at the specific time. The man behind the counter said my order would be a couple more mins. Ok. I sat and waited. The people who were already there had a massive order, so I understood why mine wasn't ready. 10 minutes after they left, I asked the girl if she knew how much longer my order would be. I was immediately berated for asking. She was so incredibly rude and miserable. She intentionally made it very clear she wasn't happy to be serving me.I will go to another location next time. I don't need the stress of dealing miserable workers looking for a confrontation.

Waited over 45 mins for my order with a child excepting dinner for them to tell me my one pizza was just being cooked now. Left with no food as it would have been another 15 min wait. The original time wait was supposed to be 10 mins. Very unorganized and not very helpful ?
Dietary restrictions: They do have options to cater for dietary restrictions but they do make mistakes so best to check. They're not always the best at making good either.

If you like cold pizza and ignorant staff and an even more ignorant manager this is the place for you!! They use delivery services so the deal must be to blame the drivers and not take responsibility for what you send out the door!! Keep it up! Hopefully you will be out of business soon and we can get a business in there with someone who is reputable!
