Ordered a double quarter pounder (no pickles or onions), fries, drink and a quarter pounder, fries, drink for delivery. Food got here, no fries from either meal, no quarter pounder and the double quarter pounder had pickles and onions on it.I have the receipt right here showing what I ordered (and paid for) so there’s no excuse.It’s not hard. This is also the second time this has happened to us. Do your damn job.

Easy to access location, I find beat to order through app and do drove through for quickest service. Nice management and kept clean inside.

One till open to placing an order which is to push you to the kiosk for ordering which I'm not a fan of personally, the person who eventually served me was lacking any type of customer service attitude and that's saying something considering I don't ask or expect much when ordering food just general politeness and energy above that of a sedated sloth. Food was ok but you can tell it was prepared in a hurry as it was just slapped together and all around messy. Could pay slightly more attention to ingredients as the lettuce was somewhat brown on two of my burgers. Also messed up the happy meal I ordered, I asked for a book and cantaloupe and I got the "toy" and fries instead. It's McDonald's so I don't expect much but I do expect slightly better than what I got tbh.Will probably give them another chance at a later date but won't be for a long while.

Cloroxx Bleach

Went in to order two meals separately today, watched multiple workers wipe their face and then proceed to touch food (be careful if you order there and have a weaker immune system), upon asking the supervisor Danika to have the workers remake the food and wash their hands, we were laughed at behind the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to remake it, someone asked us why we were there (since they forgot to remake the food within that timeframe). When we asked to speak to a manager, the supervisor Danika said they were told to wash their hands, but laughed at us when we asked if they’d still be okay to remake the food (which they said they would previously) This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location OR with this supervisor, as this same supervisor had to refund me for constantly missing items like sauce that I paid for in my bag at previous visits. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Then, when we asked them to remake the other order nicely as we’d been waiting for long so it got cold, the other workers started raising their voice at us and had a horrible attitude. They remade the quarter pounder, they added pickles when we ordered no pickles, I’ve never come here and not had an issue, but being laughed and yelled at for bringing up a health code violation and asking for the food to be remade politely, is something else.

This used to be our favorite McDonald's, not anymore. We felt like the cashier did not want to serve us, giving us attitude, it's not our fault they were short staffed. (#1LN8981D1V , AUTHOR 607507), my husband went to get a table with our grand children, every single table was FILTHY, the customer before us sat outside because there were no clean tables and they were also FILTHY, we asked the cashier if someone could clean the tables, her excuse was we've been short staffed, I then asked to speak to the manager, they did get her(Chloe), she wasn't thrilled with my request to have someone clean the tables, she stormed to the back and said something under her breath as if we were the problem and we never complain about anything, this is a first !!

Went through drive-through for a mcCripsy and was told to pull around and wait. We waited for over 15 minutes while about 6 cars went through drive through. Once we got our food, we did get a coupon for a free icecream, small fry or drink to comp for the wait-time.

This place always gets your order wrong, you either end up with someone else's meal or your just missing items and I'm talking every order shame on me for continuing to use this location I'll drive a bit further next time to avoid the social event they call

This McDonalds is a fine spot if you are not in a hurry for sit down service. They are a very busy drive-through location. The cashiers are always running to serve the outside patrons. Inside, you often wait awhile.The eating area, although small, works fine for small numbers.

My husband and I call McDonald's restaurants our coffee ☕? shop. We don't purchase off the menu, just the app. love the seniors discount, this allows us to enjoy your coffee ☕ more often. My husband and I are very competitive and we enjoy seeing who has more points. Your major competitor does not offer senior discount.

All Indian ppl can't speak English took 5 mins for them to do order. Then manager came who was also Indian she cldnt get it right either lol. Waste of my time. But.... I called after home as even after all of the confusion we got home and missing an egg on one of the sandwiches we cldnt believe it. But we called and a manager did make it right. He was male possible in his 20s and very polite.
