I travel from London home and stop here a lot. I think i will find another place. The subs have always been good, sometimes great. BUT, the service and attitude of the people working behind the counter is disgusting. They are rude, nasty, young, lazy individuals. Too bad. If you are the owner, get a hold of things or get out of the business.

Mr. Sub and Country Style is the best stop you can make especially with kids. We have 6 kids and the staff are incredibly kind generous and welcoming. Our road trip to Ottawa was made better because of them. We will stop here again every time we head to our cottage. Thanks Country Style!

Super clean bathrooms! I make sure this is the place I stop at to spend my $ at for country style coffee and snacks because of this. Travelling companions appreciate it even more than me.

Make pretty good subs but there atmosphere is not great . They act like there's a funeral happening. There know hi what can I get ya . When I was there a couple of people didn't even bothering ordering at all just walked out . You can feel the negative energy coming from the workers . Not sure why that is needs to be improved for sure .

I wish I could rate them Zero stars.The lady forgot to put black bean patties in it. After paying for the order, and coming out and checking I realized she didn’t put it. When I went back to get my order redone, she showed me very bad attitude. The sub was the worst I ever ate in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DISGUSTING SERVICE BY THE LADIES HERE.

Went in on way back to Ottawa. It was clear that the cleaning practices were not taken seriously from the bathrooms to the food and preparation. The cross contamination in the prep area, food was not fresh. We left with food and were too afraid to eat it and threw it out.

Xtremely slow service - after 10 minutes left without my order eventhough they were quick to take payment. Will not be back!!!
We flew in hungry from BC and were extremely pleased with the friendly service and fresh food. Great donuts too!
