Did an online order and unfortunately it wasn't even started by the time I got there. It took an additional 17 minutes for the order to be ready once i was there. I only ordered one burrito bowl and a churro... 17 minutes, plus the 25 minutes since the order was placed and i drove there? There was no one in the restaurant so its not like it was busy. Cherry on top, i asked if cutlery was in the bag, she said yes ... go to eat my food and no cutlery ... so i can't even eat what i paid $20 for.

I got a mucho burrito with nachos and queso chesse it was really great but be cautious with ghost pepper hot sauce it is really spicy otherwise the food is really great!Worth eating?
Went there around 8pm yesterday night ordered 2 small veggie burrito. They didn't have veggies and plant based. Asked them why i am not getting any veggies they said we washed pan that's his ans. They didn't put enough sauce and also they didn't wrap properly i attached photo. And it's funny but one worker was trying to tell me i can give you raw veggies ?.Vegetarian options: They didn't have veggies and plant based

I got the taco trip with chips and queso. It was pretty bad. The queso was really artificial tasting and pretty flavourless. The chips were uninspiring. The tacos were not made with care. And all of this for $25. Kind of a rip off.

This location has gone downhill fast. The new staff are rude and stingy with toppings. Meat was dry veggies and rice are never fresh anymore. The guy making our food did not have gloves on and I politely asked if he could and I was snarled at.Could they not find one Latin person to work here ? Won’t be back

It's vibrant atmosphere, good playlist. Food has to be ordered at the counter and the tables/sofa available for dine-in. The place is well kept. We did not dine-in, but the wait time was reasonable for the take out. Food is satisfactory.

I assumed this would be like the USA version of Chipotle. I had the steak bowl and the meat (texture) was not similar to what I have in the states. There was also a lot of rice and not much of the other ingredients.
