Horrible. Phone is garbage so I can barely hear the guy, and he straight up screwed the order. We had to wait an hour and a half to learn that is was going to take about fifteen minutes because he ignored me saying delivery 3 times.

I have place an order and the pizza barely have any toppings and it didn’t feel hot. The crust it was hard like it was warmed up many times. I will never order from this location. On top of this they tried to get a tip.

The pizza was beyond under topped. This was very inferior to other Papa John's locations. Dipping sauces and pepper were also missing.Clearly, the management would rather profit from ripping the customer off than by serving a quality product.You do not get what you pay for here. I will never order from this Pappa John's again.

I just talk to the guy on the phone told him about my complaint he said you didn’t order from us you ordered from the Skip so you should call them well Skip didn’t make my food you guys did. It was a bunch of leaves and hair on my chicken wing.

Trying out most of the pizzas in Peterborough, I tried Papa John's pizza tonight, using Ubereats app. I ordered custom pizza with beef, spicy Italian sausage, peppers and many more ingredients, with Alfredo sauce base.It was the worst pizza I have tasted. There was NO taste, no flavour, hardly any meat that I could count tiny pebble sized few pieces scattered, tiny bit of cheese if you can call it mozzarella, big thick circle of bread was all I could literally see.For $56, for a 16 inch pizza, it was not even worth the garbage bin space. I hope this review teaches them that you cannot just serve piece of tasteless blob for a decent price and get away without facing consequences of a real review as i am also a chef with 35 years of global experience.
