The coffee had a soapy after taste, like the coffee pot wasn't fully rinsed out after being cleaned. I couldn't even drink it. Threw it out and got another coffee somewhere else.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was not acknowledged or spoken to by any of the staff, while they spoke to their friends and regulars. I was picking up an Uber order. The order was sitting on the back counter ready to go.I canceled it and walked out.
