The Florentine Cookie & the Almond Pastry were AMAZING.They tasted so good. I did not expect the Florentine Cookie to taste that good. It was so sweet but not too much. Had a chewiness too it to add to the nutty yet buttery & light chocolate taste. Really a perfect bite. The Almond Pastry was medium flaky but the powdered sugar elevates it & the hero was the almond custard in the middle. So scrumptious. I love how random this bakery is. It's in the middle of business buildings. Haha! One of my favourite bakeries I've been to in my life.

Sticklings is truly a one of a kind Bakery. They make the best authentic Deutsch treats and are worth their price! If you find yourself in Peterborough you must go there!

Bought the stollen for 15 dollars in quebec to be reminded of my youth in europe. There is no almond paste in the middle. What a scam.

Sept 2023-I contacted the owner regarding a purchase in Calgary, AB and the customer service offered is EXCEPTIONAL. I wish they had a store out west as some of their baked goods look top notch authentic :) Thanks Sticklings!!

I love their German cookies. I've tried the butter coins and tried the GF oat hazelnut coins. I was so happy to see them at the Kitchener market again this year ☺️

Great gluten free products, but a bit pricey.

If you want some traditional and awesome German Christmas cookies and Stollen as well as fresh bread you must come here! And bring a large shopping bag. Simply delicious!!!

Purchased light rye on Thurs. 2 white stickers on bread showed best before date 0520 so I'm guessing this bread was made in May and frozen for future sale. Lightly toasted 2 slices, bread curled in toaster and came out hard. What a waste of $6. So much for fresh bread, yuk!
