I ordered white chocolate pineapple cheese cake but they gave me chocolate cheese cake and when i asked them to check that they gave me wrong cheese cake. The staff started to shout. They don't know english at all. Educate the staff. Wrost staff i've every seen in any restaurant.

I don’t know why I thought it would be different this time. Do not come here. Both times the food tasted bad, and they put about two pieces of broccoli in my soup and got mad at me when I asked for more vegetables because I paid almost 17$ for 99% noodles with old lettuce and one slice of carrot. They are cheap with their toppings and poor customer service. 0/5

ABSOLUTELY NASTY FOOD AND SERVICE!!!! I WAS CHARGED 17 DOLLARS FOR THIS SLAB OF DOG FOOD . I HAVE NEVER HAD FOOD FROM ANY OTHER THAI EXPRESS LOCATION AS BAD AS THIS . WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY STARTED YELLING AT ME AND TELLING ME NO . THE MAN WHO WAS MAKING THE FOOD WAS TELLING ME NO REFUNDS TAKE THE FOOD BACK . I WILL NEVER RETURN . AVOID!!! If I could give this location ZERO stars I would!!! I waited an HOUR for my order from Uber Eats, called the restaurant to see what was taking so long, only to have them CANCEL it!?!? Unbelievable!!! I used to order from the Thai Express in Pickering where I never had a single issue: they were great, my food arrived quickly and it was always tasty! I have NEVER received such abysmal customer service as at this Thai Express!!! Don’t bother with this location - they clearly don’t care about their customers!!!

I don't understand the negative reviews. This is Mall food, take out. I was here today and had the Chicken Pad Thai. It was delicous. I've had the same dish at other Thai Express locations that weren't all that good. The servers were friendly and my order was cooked perfectly. When paying I gave a tip and I'm glad I did.

1 star for bad customer service, although I used to love their food.Ordered a tofu pad thai and a pad see ew then my gf wanted to change into beef tomyum fried rice, I waited for him to change the price in pos for the adjustment but he told me to go ahead. When I reconfirmed with him for the beef tomyum fried rice, he told me I order tofu fried rice and the beef tomyum rice would cost extra. I said I didn’t mind the extra and would paid for it that why I waited for him to adjust the price in the pos before I made payment but he told me to go ahead instead. Then he rudely asked me what did I want, told him another time I wanted the beef tomyum rice and again he said I told him tofu fried rice. I didn’t want to argue then just paid for the whole new tomyum frid rice on top of 2 dishes. Ending up having an extra dishes because the cashier didn’t confirmed the ordered when I changed it and blaimed on me for ordering it wrong??A very disappointed experience!

Not sure all the hate posts for this place. It is in the food court of a mall so I wasn't expecting authentic Thai lol. It was pretty good, just like any other Thai Express. I had the Chicken Pad See Ew (thick rice noodles) and they made it quick, ingredients were fresh. Very friendly staff!

I get good food made fresh to order and always get good service. I think people go to other restaurants and come take his utensils then complain when they get mad. It's a nice family operation. People are just a holes. You'll have no problem here if you're a decent person. A+ food. Great family. Tom Yum soup was great.
