We live near this location and find ourselves going to this location less frequently because of the lack of selection and more importantly under baked goods. Today we bought two Croissants at this location today that were just short of raw dough. Even though they are very close , we’ll be avoiding this location from now on. Timmy’s sure is going downhill fast, so sad. I’m editing this review after Tim Hortons reply with their usual generic computer bot responses. I would think that with all the negative reviews about this franchise a company who really cares about their costumers would actually look into those responsible for running it. Maybe they shouldn’t hand out franchises to just anyone with a handful of money.

This location does not serve any wraps despite them advertising that they do. When asked for a rap they told me they don't do that at this location. Wasted an entire car ride here.

Went in on foot this morning. Young Male middle eastern guy with glasses first forgot my change. However it was less then $3 so I didn’t say anything during morning rush. I understand mistakes happen. Then after customers are served behind me & everyone else is gone - I make the point he forget to give me my drink as well. Get home & my food is black. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is so refreshing to go to a tim hortons with friendly workers. I just had to quickly write a review to show my gratitude. I also greatly appreciated the lady double checking to correct my order before receiving it.
Asked for assorted timbits - only had 4 basic flavours and do not pack the other newer flavours.

Staff here just can't make Iced Coffees right. Please teach staff how to make an Iced coffee properly, the last 3 I've ordered have had no cream or base syrup at all and no vanilla shot as per my request. It literally tastes like old cold coffee and it's gross. Also it seems like coffee grounds have accumulated at the bottom of my cup ?
