Ordered Tim bits 100. Left then found an error in the order. Went back and as nice as possible they rectified the order. The lady who assisted me was very apologetic and kind. Accidents happen how we deal with them is what is important. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons.
HI I meet komal every day she is no nice and hardworking,she was doing multiple tasks at one time ,I love her very much ,she is cleaning at the same time and serving coffee but the most important thing she is always smiling

My order was made incorrectly. When I asked politely for a refund the supervisor made the situation awkward.There was also a cleaner in the eating area and he wouldnt leave my small children alone. He basically hovered over them while we were there and it was extremely uncomfortable. He was asking the kids weird questions like where they live and who their dad is (they did not provide him the information) and stood there cleaning the same spot for 5 mins. We got up and left. Creeeeeepy.
