By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to... I've gone through the drive-thru about 6 times in the past 8 months since moving to the area and there is minimum 1 item missing every single time without fail. Tonight I even confirmed with the employee that everything was in the bag, as its a constant problem, and they said yes as they handed me a single bag packed to the top with food. They will always jam everything into one bag even if it is spilling out over the top, instead of using two bags, and sure enough I get home and am missing an item again. I try to call and no one ever answers. Not to mention the food I did receive was terrible. No lettuce or sauce on the chicken wrap, just dry chicken and tortilla, and incorrect toppings on the burger.

Went there for lunch while passing through on a road trip. We decided to eat inside, so my wife went to order. I came in a few minutes later after she was seated with the order. Apparently, the internet was down, so there was no debit or credit available when she went to pay. They gave her the meal free. Upon hearing this, I went to the cashier to pay with cash. They would not take it. He said it was on the company. It was not their fault the internet went down, and I told them this and tried to pay with cash. They would not take it. The staff were very pleasant, and the facility was clean, and the food was hot. Based on the service I received, I would definitely recommend that you support this location if in the area.
