Ordered coco milk tea hot. Turn outs its warm not hot at all..and they even put a sleeve on my cup what ??... .i like coco in oshawa ..more consistent and always got a hot really hot drink which what i need ....

It's your standard bubble tea spot in the sense that it has all the regular things. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. I was the only one here with my daughter. There was one person working but I watched him make 6 drinks before he even took our order. Just seemed like poor customer service to ignore the people you have standing right there to complete pickup orders. My daughter usually gets a mango slush and for the same price (or cheaper), other bubble tea chains usually also include mango chunks.

Please bring back plastic cups and plastic straws because i cant see what im drunking and i likes the plastic cups more. Bring back the plastic straws because the paper ones are terrible and they basically melt when i try to drink from it

Went In to order a few drinks - one a fresh taro bubble tea with tapioca. Was told they no longer do fresh taro so I ordered the milk tea version with tapioca. When I got home - no tapioca in the drink to make this already disappointing experience worse.
