I had a great experience here! The server we had was named Laura and she was amazing and kind.First off we got the Margherita flatbread we asked for it well done. It was so good. We got garlicaioli sauce to dip it with the flatbread. Our server Laura recommend this non alcoholic drink it was delicious!I got the veggie burger well done with no cheese which tasted good and my partner got the chicken tenders with fries. They were really caution with my veggie diet and my partners fish and nut allergy. Thank you so much for your great service, will be back again soon!!

Had such a friendly server and the food was great! Honestly been to the restaurant twice in 1 week and was not disappointed. Food came on time and when my order came with regular fries instead of sweet potato fries, the turn around time to bring me my sweet potato fries was on point! Great experience and highly recommend for a great atmosphere and food!

It was our first time going to State and Main and it was also our anniversary. Our server was excellent and tried to help me choose between several items that sounded great. Food was very good, the bread pudding dessert delicious and all staff were very friendly. But special shout out to our server Ethan... very polite, friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back!

Im a realtor and often take my clients out for a treat. Was here few weeks ago. Not much to choose for food on the menu. Under staffed. Long waits between service. Huge selection of cocktails. Overall, not worth the money. (No value for money). Better off dining at "CHUUK" Pickering than this place.

Food was good, drinks were good. Service... Service was busy and left something to be desired. It was a busy night for the restaurant. Something that both my date and I understand, especially since we got our food and our drinks so quickly. However, when we first sat down we waited ten minutes before our waitress came over to get a drink order, then at the end of night 10-15 minutes for the cheque. There was also the matter of the water we ordered to go with the alcoholic drinks we had as both my date and I prefer to drink responsibly. We ordered it after our food came and never received it. We even reminded the waitress when she asked if we needed anything. We couldn't even get her attention for the water as we barely saw her throughout our meal. Will probably try this restaurant again, just maybe on a less busy night next time.

Came here for lunch and had a great time. The service was excellent, we were seated right away, and our server was quite attentive. I didn't get a picture of the brussel sprout appetizer however it was my favourite dish. The Jalapeños mac and cheese was on point just a little over cooked though. The pretzels and cheese dip were also very enjoyable, and the lettuce wraps were ok, not my favourite they had too much sauce and were lacking something.Overall, we will definitely be returning, it's a great place to got and enjoy some bar food with friends or for a date.

Came here for wing night and I have to say that I was really quite disappointed. The only highlight here was the pint of PINEAPPLE NINJA WHEAT which I had ordered. We had ordered a TITO'S MULE which had no lime flavour, was weak, filled with ice so you couldn't even taste the ginger beer.The waitress did the absolute bare minimum and I am not sure why as it was not really that busy when we arrived.The food was deplorable (if you look at my reviews, you can gauge how fair I am to establishments).We tried the SOUP DUMPLINGS for a starter and they overcooked, dry and had very little liquid inside. Truthfully I wasn't expecting something fabulous had a main stream restaurant and ordering a very specific Asian appetizer but nonetheless you have to think that if it's on the menu they should be doing mediocre decent job with it. This could've been farther from the truth.Ordered 2 orders of wings - salt and pepper; this was actually worse. 8 wings the size of my thumb, over fried to the point where the meat was shrivelling off the bone and tough to chew - 1 carrot + celery stick.It was a bad experience and while I wanted desperately wanted wing night to be just good old fashioned wings and beer - it was far from it!

Took my son for a treat this weekend and was really let down. Order our drinks and it took over 20 min to receive them. Had to ask the hostess where our drinks were because we hadn't even seen our server. Had about 3 different people serve us too. I had ordered a water with my drink and never received it the whole meal! The server even walked by and said "oh yes, your water" and still never bothered. I've been here a few times and although the food is pretty good the service is always lacking. Especially compared to some of the nearby resturants.

Easily one of my favourite franchise restaurants in the area! The food was delicious, portions great, service was unforgettable! The ambiance was lovely and the Valentines Day special was well worth it. They were courteous and regularly checked on us, took our photo and even made us an extra pasta when we forgot our dish and came back 20 minutes later (we were in the area).

My husband and I had a nice mid afternoon meal for a Valentine's Day date. We enjoyed the special menu. The bang bang shrimp were phenomenal! The menu is not what my husband would normally eat, he likes simpler food, but we were able to find things we like. The prices seem a little steep, but I guess that's happening everywhere lately... I would love to go back.
Always a safe bet coming here, food is always good. This visit was a bit of a disappointment only because we were sitting by the main door and it got a bit cold whenever someone came in. We did ask if we could be moved, but it was Valentine's Day and they said all tables were reserved, however there were a few tables that were empty when we got there and still empty by the time we we left. It could have been done, but they did not want to move us. Regardless, still one of our go to places for consistent good food.
