Let me honest the best thing at Tim Hortons anymore are their breakfast sandwiches. Visited every location in Southern Ontario a few times and it's all gone downhill. This perhaps remains one of the few decent locations. Do not order anything else besides the morning food items, no drinks either. Visit another shop if you want better caffeine beverages. The owner has hired more Canadian born workers than other places. This has led to better food quality since migrant employees have always rushed me in service.

Great friendly staff. Great customer service but Please throw out the cream you are using. It’s gone bad. It smells and taste horrible. Just got my tea last night and asked for double double. I buy my steep tea more than twice a day. So I’m someone who will know if it’s gone bad. Steep tea is my only drink beside water I use.I didn’t want to write this review but I’m trying to call and number keeps saying not available.

Best Tim’s location in Pickering!! I would give it 5 stars if it picked up all the coffee cups littered in the parking lot, drive thru and adjacent street daily!! Such great service and such a disgrace at the same time.

Being quick and efficient, she effortlessly combines taking our orders but adding in that special human touch which so often has gone missing these days. Always a pleasure to see her at the counter. This was my go-to location for years. Stopped going because the coffee is so bad. I take mine with cream and not sure if the cream’s gone bad or the dispenser needs cleaning, but the coffee with cream always tastes bad. Went there in a rush after months of staying away and nothings changed. Had to throw the coffee away for the same reason. The other locations make much better coffee. Will definitely not return.
