Lack of choices.it seems that this franchise does not carry a proper selection of donuts. Also staff do not know the names of the donuts.Staff should be tested in the different names ?

The food is TERRIBLE, i don’t know what’s so hard about inputting simple orders into a system and it’s like this 9 out of 10 times.Literally save your time and go to the timmies attached to Wendy’s at whites. 50x better.Look at this barely toasted sandwich (mind you I asked for double grilled/toasted) God forbid you get anything bacon and it’s still oinking raw in the sandwich.

I am not a coffee lover. So I tried french vanilla which was suggested by my friend. It was good with not too much coffee flavour.

Service is great, small place, same food as all others Tim Horton's places. Little hard to go at the drivethru, but overall a nice place to pass by, refuel, get a coffee refill, and move on with your day. Not a hanging out place. Cheers.

Kinda disappointed. I know it’s a smaller Tim hortans but I ordered 24 donuts for my staff and when I open the boxes there is only 3 different donuts inside- sprinkle, chocolate dip and honey cruller. She says they don’t carry sour cream glazed or maple dip. That’s crazy! These are the staple flavors! And they give me 4x muffin boxes.. like stock up guys seriously..Was honestly embarrassed to give that to my staff!!!For big orders like this in future - unfortunately I will now have to drive over to whites rd because this is unacceptable to me.

Great service, and I pick up my morning cup of tea there. It's great because, if you get there before 8:45-8:50, there is not much of a line up. Friendly and quick service. After 8:55 , it gets busy, but they are so efficient, that you will be through in no time! Their steeped tea is so much better than what I make at home ... not sure how they do it, but it is worth a drive-through.

This is my go-to Tim Horton's for my morning tea. Somehow, their tea is so much more satisifying than anything that I make at home. I don't know why ... perhaps just because someone else made it?!If you can get there before 7:55, you will not likely face much of a queue to get in. After that, cars are sometimes lined up down the street!Service is fast, friendly and efficient. And you can fuel up on gas after, if need be. It gets busy at peak hours, but just get going a few minutes earlier, and you will have your tea/coffee and possibly a treat in no time. And they will wish you a good day as you leave, and sound sincere about it too!The easiest way to get there is to drive up the side street right beside it, and join the line. You may have to make a sharp turn. That is the only inconvenience. But the friendly staff makes up for it.In addition, I recommend their savory pies - I prefer savoury to sweet, generally, and on a sluggish morning, that and a warm beverage will start your engine. The nearby gas station will start your car!
