I came through drive-thru this morning. Order 4 coffees and a bagel. At the speaker, the lady who took the order was rude. I drove to the window, and the same lady was ramy with my food and drinks at the window.

The service wad great except for the one lady making food… I ordered at the kiosk and got an everything bagel with herm and garlic cream cheese. I got the bagel, but instead it was a sesame bagel. I went to the front to tell them and she yelled at me saying i was lying. she remade the bagel but at the very end she said “dont lie to me I asked if it was okay…” Very immature.

I had a really bad experience at this tim hortons today morning. When I ordered through the drive thru, the person that was taking my order didn't repeat it back to see if it's correct or not. When I pulled up to the window, I didn't get what I had ordered and they gave me an extra food which I only wanted one, but what I wanted two of I only got one. I also got charged extra for what i didnt want. The lady at the drive thru window was very rude and she had so much of an attitude that twice she gave me the wrong order. This has happened to me several times at this specific location. I will never go back and I will never recommend this specific location to anyone.

I was surprised by how rude the Filipino lady was on front cash. I waited a while (maybe 5 minutes) which I didn’t mind but when the worker came, I asked if they had iced green tea out of curiosity cause I really wasn’t sure because I always see new menu items so I thought I’d ask. She just decided not to respond at all and was using a rude tone and body language. The green tea was really good but the customer service workers suck. Next time I will order through the mobile app or kiosk because they are not even helpful. Seems like they want to get paid for customers doing all the work and can’t even answer basic questions.

Absolutely disgusting place, would never go there again just found a long strand of hair baked in a chocolate timbit. And ordered hot chocolate which only had hot chocolate, not mixed in water or milk. Do you'll not wear a hair net when working? Do you'll not know how to make hot chocolate? We feel sick to our stomachs and definitely won't be going to any Tim Hortons again anytime soon. Please, people check your food before eating it and drinks before drinking it.

I''m not sure what the bad reviews are about. Although the seating area isn't the best, the staff are amazing. There's one staff that is making the food and she always compliments me and calls me beautiful. It makes my entire day, she engages in a conversation with you and makes you feel so special. I'm not sure her name but someone in the company needs to recognize and let her know how amazing she is.

These guys have horrible customer service. They’re so rude. I will definitely drive the extra minute to go to the one at shell gas station right at whites and Kingston. Don’t waste your time going to this one. They make the food very sloppy aswell, as if they’re just throwing food around in there. Very disappointed.
