During my recent visit to your location, I was appalled by the state of the windows, particularly the glass counter window where food is located. The windows were visibly grimy and unclean, which is unacceptable for a place that serves food.Additionally, I chose to sit beside the fireplace, hoping for a cozy atmosphere. However, I was greeted with a fireplace that looked like it had been neglected for far too long. It appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or maintained, as there were visible traces of oil and dirt on the surface.As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene when dining at your establishment. I visited this place sunday morning feb 11 for picking up the uber eats order. The manager in the morning shift is really professional and welcoming. She treated me very politely and ask me if I want to order anything other then my pickup. Honestly this store should be the training store for others. Great guest experience ?
