I AM AMAZED WITH THIS LOCATION! I drive a lot and am always all over Ontario, so I am very familiar with Tim's. I have never. EVER. Seen such a well oiled machine at all, let alone one that still provides fantastic customer service and great quality food/drink! I pulled in at 9:55am with 6 cars ahead of me. I pulled out at 9:57 with a medium double double and a TOASTED bagel BELT. The coffee was perfect, and the bagel was assembled and toasted beautifully and not sloppy at all. Not to mention when I pulled up to pay, the two women standing there were so friendly and when they noticed I almost dropped my coffee bringing it through the window, didn't break stride and gave me napkins+told me to drive safe. These women are ANGELS and I could tell how hard they work to keep this busy location moving efficiently. 10000/10. I work close by and usually avoid drive thrus when I can, I will be coming back asap.

Morning staff for the drive through are so much rude. They don’t take order properly nor they acknowledge the given order. When someone try to correct the order they respond in a weird manner and in-spite of listening they tell the customer that not to yell!!! And after they tell the customer that only driver needs to give order. Always make us feel bad right in the morning!!!!

Worst Tim's I have ever been t o. If it wasnt the ONLY location I can make it to while on break at work, I would NEVER returnThey never have anything in stock. One day, they were even out of Cream lol.Today another disappointment , just left after ordering an everything bagel with cheddar. The staff on drive through was rude asked me to repeat my order. After I did, she cut me off and told me to drive up. I Returned to work to a buttered bagel but paid for cheddar.I would Love to know who does your purchasing and training? Head office needs to look into this location. I have never been more disappointed with Tim Hortons location on a daily basis.If you have the extra time (and unfortunately I do not) drive down the street a little further to another location. It's worth the driveJust wanted to update again because they can never get it right.Today I again came for lunch (stupid me)I ordered a chicken cilantro bowl and of course, they make a wrap. Not only do they argue with me and tell me what I ordered, they crowd together and refuse to make me the bowl I ordered.I paid 13$ for a lunch I won’t eat.The day before this, my son ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no tomato, He received tomatoes but No Bacon Every day it’s something with this place but I promise, today was the LastNEVER AGAIN!! I will never waist another $$ at Tim Hortons again!! Country style is 3 mins further but I’ll make that drive any dayDO BETTER!!!

I have gone here alot as i work close but they say they have biscuits then at window say no we dont its been 7 times now they say this why not you know make more if this is always happening ???? Wont be going back. I'll go to coffee time or mcdonald from now on .

Today I ordered an iced capp with cream on top at Tim Hortons, and to my disappointment, I found a hair on the cream. It was quite a disgusting experience, and it left me feeling very upset. I think I will not order iced capp anymore. I hope the staff at this branch can pay more attention to hygiene in the future.

Consistent. Very fast drive through during the morning!
Went to the drive thru on Sunday and placed our order. On getting to the pick up window, the server said they are only taking cash since their machine wasn't working and we had debit cards on us.We asked if we could place the order through the app real quick but an arrogant lady came to the window yelling that we can't place an order through the app and we need to move so they can serve other clients. She lacked customer service, respect and etiquette. She then closed the window on our faces.We had to go elsewhere.

I frequently find myself at this Tim Hortons branch to satisfy my coffee cravings, often choosing the drive-through option. The staff's professionalism and friendliness never fail to impress me. They consistently ensure the accuracy of my order and efficiently prepare it.My only suggestion for improvement would be to place a sign on the building facing the parking area. While taking some pictures, I noticed that the only signage present was hung on the windows and the drive-through posts. This addition could enhance visibility and attract more attention to the establishment.
