I had worst experience at usmania grill pickering location.I ordered butter chicken and naan and it was not freshly made.I was feeling like burning and had very bad stomache after eating it. I called the restaurant and they were very unempathetic and denied that they made everything fresh in the morning,but it was stale. Will never visit again not only this location but every location of it.

To be honest I have no words the customer service was top tier the food was soo good especially the nihari and biriyani were out of this world and they delivered it right to our house for a very good price saved us a lot of hassle the catering service is amazing overall just amazing ?
When ex Toronto cabbies open a restaurant. Rude and arrogant. Health protocols are ignored. Customers being yelled at. Employing students and paying them $7 pee hour. No concept of hygiene you could see by the dirty nails of the chef/owner. Avoid and further avoid due to no respect will be given to you.

Five Stars all the way. This is one of our most favourite restaurants. We have ordered from here for ages and the flavors have remained steadfastly tasty all these years. Not only are their Combos great, we also ensure that we place our Eid day orders from them. The most recent Catering order from them this past Eid-al-Fitr literally had our guests raving about the quality and taste of the Chicken Biryani, Chicken Kabab, Aloo Chana Chaat, Achari Chicken and the Tandoori Chicken. I also have to mention that the people who work there have always been friendly to deal with. All in all, an absolute gem that we are lucky to have here in Pickering.

Had visited this place on Saturday. Despite of the busy schedule the food was served on time. The Chicken Karahi is worth trying. The catholic server was very pleasant. She was ready to help with a smiling face. Would suggest my friends to visit the place.

EditPreviously I gave this restaurant 5 stars. But unfortunately I have to change it to 1 now. Reason I ordered 2 curry items and naan. When I picked up my order I felt naan were cold. I asked the girl behind the counter why are naan cold and curry hot. Because anytime when I pickup my food everything feels the same temp. She said naan were ready before the curry. I just thought it was odd. Didn’t think anything else.When i went back home and actually had a chance to have our takeout I figured out why naan were cold. They were actually old. They gave us staled naan. That was extremely disappointing. Why would u ruined your reputation for couple of naan.how much money can u save for giving old naan. If u have left over naan give them to the birds.Not a good idea. Next time I will go couple of blocks further to get my food from another restaurant.

The food here is bomb, but the service is a bit slow. I think it's because they make everything fresh, or maybe it just takes a while for the BBQ to cook. But, the tandoori chicken and biryani were totally worth the wait!
