Stopped in for a light lunch. I ordered a sandwhich, debit wasn't working. So I couldn't pay until they reboot the POS system.The lady taking my order was extremely apologetic.I got my sandwhich and it was cold, not even warm. Took my order back to counter to tell them my order was cold, it was a different person and she threw my order in the trash and didn't even apologize for serving me cold food.I didn't feel respected as a paying customer.
I don't usually write reviews but I had to share my experience. Since moving to Port Hope 4 years ago, I have always enjoyed their moist, well seasoned, tasty chicken. However, 2 nights ago, we ordered a 10 PC bucket and it was the worse chicken ive had. It was dry, had no taste. I had to keep adding gravy only to give it some flavor. Even the coleslaw was mushy, looks as they it was going bad. Bad experience?

We got lunch through the drive thru on our way past town and it was shockingly good! The wait was a bit longer for the food, but it was well worth it for what we got. The chicken sandwiches were huge and delicious, and the fries were very fresh. Top notch!
