I stopped at the inside location this morning. It took probably 4-5 minutes before the two employees working noticed I was standing at the counter waiting to order. They were both trying to grind coffee and had their backs to me without checking to see if there were any customers. I ordered a breakfast wrap and coffee. Very slow service. One employee making coffee and heating the food. Don’t stop here if you are in a hurry. Tim Hortons will be quicker service.
Charges more than any other Starbucks for some reason?? Also they seemed to have run out of lids so they're using Tim Hortons lids that don't fit the cups...super fun for driving! If this was advised while we were ordering we wouldn't have purchased that size, but the lid issue was only mentioned after we had paid for the drinks.

I just encountered one of the rudest staff member at this Starbucks drive thru. He could not be bothered with me as a customer. After he handed me everything I said “thank you” and he just stared at me. Maybe consider putting this young man in a position where he’s not interacting with customers? Will not go back to this Starbucks. You also can’t collect points like you can at other Starbucks
