I believe there is a big language barrier at this Tims. Which is sad. Customer service should ensure that English is both spoken and understood well. I go to this location almost every day, at least once, and my order is either incorrect, something is not added to my bill, or I need to repeat the order several times before it is “confirmed”. Staff, however, are very pleasant.
