A comment about atmosphere. They forgot to put out the cloth table coverings and candles. It was clean and bathrooms good given it is attached to a busy gas station. Always good at A&W. The only place I not ally go for fast food.

Denied access to the restaurant because I had a service dog. My dog in full jacket, harness, had my papers, and the staff say I can’t have “a dog” here and “I can’t tell it’s a service dog”. I pointed at the very visible vest, with accredited organization logo across my dog’s full back, held out the business card size accreditation papers and said “this is a service dog”. They said my husband can order the food, and I can wait outside and eat outside but not dine in.Don’t care how good your burgers are - you don’t respect human rights! The ONLY fast food chain that has treated me like this! Shame on you!

Pit stop on our way to Detroit. Tried their breakfast wrap and hash brown and was pleasantly surprised. It was made to order and quite good. Will try A&Ws breakfast again.

Restaurant was Extremely dirty. Washrooms were horrendous. They had no ice for their drinks. And food was undercooked.

Orders 2 bacon and Eggers with a poutine through the drive through. They said the Sandwiches would take a minute and for me to pull up infront and they'll bring it out when ready. It was a really long wait and finally I got my food and took off.When I finally opened up my food the bacon and Eggers didn't even have bacon on them. All that long of a wait and they still couldn't make the sandwich properly
