Just leave the place and giving this review. I was giving order to one lady in half of the sentence she ignored and get back to talk with her co-worker. And we clearly gave order still she miss understood. Just because she was busy with co-worker. And gave us hot drink instead of cold drink. when i told her that we get wrong thing. She was arguing with us and so rude. She told us to dump that drink and decline for refund. Not with us only but she was rude with another old age couple. Couple was so nice and sweet. Worse place to visit. Never get this kind of experience in tim Horton before.

Every time you get a bagel you can tell him to double toast it and it either comes burnt or still not toasted at allWant a little bit of ketchup with your Chipotle on your farmers wrap well expect a lake coming out of it cause they can't portion condiments rightAgain the scanner doesn't work when roll up the rim is on and they now charge 30 cents for extra Chipotle so done giving this HORRIBLE COMPANY MONEY you can't even pay people a living wage only good part about this place is there employees other then that this place is horrible go bankruptParking: They let transports park in the lot making it hard to get inKid-friendliness: There not kid friendly. They're pointed towards the cheapest way to make money

The young lady taking my order was very friendly, however I could hear the older lady in the background getting annoyed and rushing my order, saying things like "make up your mind already", in a pissed off tone. She obviously didn't realize her mic was turned on. I'll point out it wasn't very busy and there was nobody behind me in the line.I imagine that the job can be frustrating and it's likely not always enjoyable work but who wants to hear that when they're sitting the car with their family. It creates a toxic environment for everyone.I cancelled my order and went somewhere else.

The ladies bathroom flusher was broken. I waited while my granddaughter used the other stall. The lock wouldn't turn and she became trapped. She luckily, was small enough to crawl underneath.When I finally found someone to cone, they responded quickly though. Lady fixed the toilet chain immediately. Not sure about the breaking lock...it could have been a traumatic experience had she not been able to crawl out. Maybe time for some new equipment?

This Tim Hortons has not much competition around but when we're in the area, I always stop there for a French Vanilla. Theirs is always rich and hot.
