Came here to use the app for a promotion but "this location isn't available for mobile ordering" was posted. I went through the drive thru to try and get the deal and they referred me back to the app. When informed that it wasn't possible they didn't offer a solution. Didn't get the promotion, got stuck in the drive thru, and left without my mozza burger.

Everything always goes well on this restaurant brand, with nice food, fairly good service (if it isn't too busy), cozy atmosphere, etc. But one thing about fries that is quite unpleasant. They use paper wrap to rise the trap bottom so it isn't full at all ?? Having a feeling of being cheated ??

This place never disappoints! A fast food chain but has healthier ingredients, the food is great and satisfy cravings! Would come to A&W before McDonalds any day!Vegetarian options: Their beyond meat burger is delicious! You could also choose any burger you would like and they would replace it with the beyond patty burger

Mobile Order took way too long, turns out the cashier has to manual enter in my mobile order. This defeats the whole purpose of mobile orders. I also ordered a regular size frozen root beer expecting it to be in a frozen mug but the cashier said that wasn't an option for frozen drinks and that they're meant only for fountain drinks which makes no sense.. when the drink finally came out it was half full and the cashier expected me to be okay with that.. horrible experience all in all

Constantly poor experience at this location. Drive thru gets orders wrong dispute clear indications of allergies. Mobile ordering never works. In store does not honour mobile coupons dispute their issue. With other options in the same plaza, not worth

Every time the $2 teen burger promotion is available they purposely shut off their system to prevent people ordering on mobile so no one can redeem it as it is a mobile only offer. This is not the first time this location has done this!
