Wonderful AYCE sushi restaurant in Richmond Hill!! Immense quantity of quality sushi with a fun robot waiter. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Great sushi spot in Richmond Hill. All you can eat is pricey for both lunch and dinner but they offer a la carte as well. Food is tasty and served quick. New owner upgraded the ambiance from the old restaurant that was here which was 1000% necessary!Vegetarian options: Has a few vegetarian sushi options and the basics - tempura, soup and salad.Parking: Ample parking.

We were there for lunch, at not very busy time on a Sunday . The waitress looked unhappy and not welcoming . She threw the orders on table with type on anger, I guess! We didn’t get one of the orders at the end of time but was late to question. The sashimi cut was huge and eating it was very difficult. The all-you-can-eat was expensive considering the taste, quality and service we received.

Had a great time at Aira, even though I'm not crazy about sushi. The extensive menu offers a wide range of tasty alternatives, from flavorful appetizers to tempting desserts. There's something for every palate. An excellent choice for a satisfying dining experience. I can't count how many times I've been there. Highly recommend!

I’m shocked!! The staff was extremely rude. The whole time the food was brought by a robot, and at the end staff showed up asking for tips, like my friend was forced to pay again because he didn’t tip, and I think $40+ price was not worth it, there are tons of other sushi places, go somewhere else, but not here. I don’t know why my friend recommended this place, but definitely go somewhere else.

Don’t like to write bad reviews but the older lady in the front is very rude. No customer service, she also told a delivery driver to shut up in front of all the customers as he was speaking very politely. Not so professional!

Enjoyed lunch. Ambience is standard. Big issue....the shrimp used in their dishes were not properly deveined. I encourage the chef to pay attention to this.Teriyaki was good. The dumplings were good minus the shrimp issue.Sushi and sashimi was also fresh.Tempura can be slightly more crispy. But it was good. Maybe personal preference. Will visit again but if the shrimp issue persists will axe it.

Came in for their all you can eat lunch menu. Very happy with the taste and freshness of the food as well as the presentation. The place seemed generally clean, and the robot server was a cute touch. Other than an awkward host starring us down when we entered the establishment, we had a lovely time and plan to be back.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time today and what a disappointing experience. We ordered the salmon family combo, a California roll, and takoyaki. The rolls were all sloppily put together, falling apart upon picking them up, and absolutely tiny. The salad for some reason was pre-dressed so by the time we actually got it and ate it it was all soggy and watery. And the takoyaki of course you reasonably can't expect a lot of octopus for that price but I'm not exaggerating when I say there was maybe a tiny piece the size of an m&m in the whole dough ball that was gummy on the inside. The salmon did taste decent and fresh but unfortunately this whole meal was a bust especially when you consider the cost and it not being cheap at all.Won't be returning as there are better options elsewhere at that price point.

This is about the best "All you can eat" sushi restaurant I've been to. Surprisingly good quality fish, well made rolls, good apps; no complaints really. I do like the Robot cat waiter too, I'll admit... :)
