Paid $10 for 2 small scoops of ice cream part of the Sundae double scoop. Amount of ice cream was suitable for a toddler. The quality of ice cream was average, not at all comparable to Kawartha ice cream. I was extremely disappointed, I could have paid less than $10 for 2 L of Kawartha ice cream and actually enjoyed the ice cream quality and taste and been happy with my purchase. Baskin Robbins was a complete waste of money, never returning. Nobody else was in the store other than me and staff seemed unengaging.Take home BR ice cream costs are still considerably expensive and not worth it, given the quality and quantity.

One of the most ridiculous experience, found a hair when scooping the ice cream with a spoon, told the girl working there, she gave us a new spoon instead ??? (The girl who worked on Nov 19 evening)(And the quantity is half of the normal, it’s a hollow ice cream scoop ????Replying to the owner:Right, that’s after we ask for a new scoop. If we didn’t, we’ll be having the original scoop with hair + a new spoon.Not sure what made you think that we did not ask for a replacement. It’s ridiculous that we have to ask for food replacement ourself when there’s a hair in the food. The norm will be the server provide an exchange themselves. (Or maybe your location is being special in these kind of incidents)About the quantity:When we put the scoop (from the cup) into the cone ourself (she did not offer help when she gave us the wrong order instead of cone order, but be like you got a spoon, you can do it yourself), the scoop is half (semisphere).Another order as well, it appears sphere, but hallowIt’s not our first time being in baskin robins, we can feel a big different.

Terrible experience just now. The girl working there on November 10th at 445 was a absolute joke. I walked in with my niece to get ice cream and from the moment we walked in, the girl working gave us a dirty look. As we ordered she was rushing us, she was talking to some guy in the corner of the store during her shift and was distracted. Her customer service skills were very poor. As we were checking out, I had ordered four different ice creams, you would think the employee would offer a bag? Even worse, she didn’t even offer me spoons either. I had to ask for a bag and spoons my self. When I asked for a bag, she said “here” and literally threw it at my niece and I. Lastly, when I asked for spoons she gave me a dirty look and gave me two spoons when I ordered and paid for four ice creams? What a joke of a employee, I hope the owner reads this and considers taking action.

This is the second time I purchased their chocolate brownie deluxe tub ice cream. The first time I bought it didn't seem as usual from other stores.The 2 tubs I bought today were both completely missing the brownies on top!The tubs were quarter empty. It almost looks like all the ice cream had melted and frozen again. This is the second time, and I will not be coming to this location.

Their flavors are good but the icecream quality usnt that well compared to the price. I would recommend going to a locally owned.
Business Hours indicate open until 9:00pm; door is locked at 8:50pm, do they usually close 10 or 15 mins earlier?

The location at 8750 Bayview Ave. just made it easier for me to choose other brands of ice-cream in the future over Baskin Robbins. I walked into the store with my two grandsons (6 and 4) at 12 minutes to 9 (and they advertise as being open until 9) and I was refused service unless I wanted to get something from their family packages and/or cakes. Individual scoop section was no longer available. Very disappointing and made my two little guys very sad. We then walked to the nearby convenience store to get them ice-cream there and upon returning to our car that remained parked near the Baskin Robins we saw that a few minutes before 9 the store was already fully closed, lights off and all.

I was at this location on June 25 in the evening and there was a lady there with I would guess were her parents, they were eating items they had purchased in the store. As I was leaving the lady asked for some water and the store clerk refused saying "her manager gets really mad if they don't charge for the cup". I was shocked that someone was being refused a simple cup of water - what does a cup cost five cents. I think this is not a way to treat customers and I will NEVER go back to this location. Don't be so cheap store manager.Response to owner - well that is not what I witnessed so perhaps you need to speak with your employees.
