I have been going to this location for years and they have such friendly service! Each year, my son asks me for an ice cream cake and loves it so much he asks for more. They never fail to impress me with their helpfulness.

I came into this location to ask them to use their washroom because there is nothing else around and instead of going to the end of the store and using the washroom without permission I respectfully asked the employee first. She responded with the washroom is for customers only, mind you there were ONLY 2 customers in the store! I told her that I really had to go and there was nothing else around, she said the same thing and said that she couldn’t help me, another employee at that point suggested I go to the Tim Hortons further up the street. ZERO compassion or care, like robots with masks on!

I love Baskin robbins but I don’t like this location that much. Service isn’t great and now there are new people that started giving very small scoops (in the cup and in milkshakes) and making watery milkshakes as a result. You have to tell them to give you the normal amount which is annoying.

I went to baskin robins today for a quick tub of ice cream. As we went to the door, there was still time before it closed, but the door was locked. So I started knocking and the workers saw me but chose to ignore, despite it not being closed and there was a bright red OPEN sign on the store. The least they could have done was open the door and say “sorry, we are closed” but no. Very unprofessional and rude!
Although it's been a while since my last visit, I found this location to be clean, well-maintained, and offering a great selection of delicious ice cream. However, the staff seemed unhappy and unenthusiastic while serving other customers ??♀️ Nonetheless, a sweet treat has the potential to turn a bad day into a great one, leaving a smile on your face and a happy heart. Making happiness a priority and savoring every moment with a delicious cone of ice cream can truly make a difference in your day. Remember to stay happy, as life is too short not to enjoy life's simple pleasures. ☺️
