I came in to the Bayview location to enjoy a meal with my son and we ordered two meals after the order was completed by the employees I noticed the fries were very greasy and not fresh the way they usually are. As soon as I noticed this I made sure one of the employees was aware of my concern and he agreed to remake the fries. However another young guy who goes by the name Nick he started arguing with me about my concern about the original fries made. He did not behave with any sort of respect towards me as a loyal customer he was screaming at me, swearing did not demonstrate any sort of professionalism at all. I will never come back to this location after this horrible experience. I was disrespected completely as a customer and I came to just have a nice peaceful meal with my son. I would like for whoever is in charge to address this issue with this employee as their behaviour was unacceptable.

Had the half pound Big Boy and it did not disappoint. Great flavour, juicy, fresh bun and the toppings I pick. Fries were excellent as well. Bathrooms need to be freshened up. Staff were all business.

We've driven past Big Boy's Burgers for years. It turns out that we've been missing out on amazing food. We had heard good things and stopped in on a whim today.We ordered 3 original burgers. The burgers were amazing. First off, they were huge. Definite value for the price. They were generous with toppings and you get to choose your own toppings. They do charge extra for premium toppings like cheese and bacon, but it's REAL BACON!I haven't had a burger like that in decades. It tasted like it was straight off the barbecue.Staff were really friendly. We didn't order fries at first, but another customer recommended that they were the best around. We ordered one order of fries. The cashier modified our previous order and made it a combo which saved us a few dollars. Like my wife says, "Who does that?"2 of the burgers had the same toppings, 1 was different. They made sure to mark which was which. It's the little things that will bring us back. And the amazing burgers!

I got the Greek chicken salad. I paid $18 with tax but have no regret spending that much while on mat leave because it tasted soooooo good. The chicken was nice and moist and the salad itself was ??. The salad dressings was yummy as well. After reading some of the reviews, I want to go back and try their poutine.

Had a big boys burger combo. Burger was a half a pound which is reasonable. They provided you ample fries to go with your meal as well as drink. Burger was tasty and juicy.Price is reasonable for the size. This is way better than your typical mcd's food chain.

They were so rude. I have never been to this place before and got completely disrespected 3/6 people i was with had ordered and i was feeling sick so i just went with them and i did not wanna eat they later on yelled at us and said if we aren’t ordering we can’t sit inside which is understandable if none of us had ordered and if they were busy which was not the case at all. He kicked us out and made us sit in the cold even though 3 of us were eating. there was plenty of space and would have been no problem if we sat in there we were being respectful of the space and quiet.

Big boys burgers is a great restaurant for dine - in and take-out. The portions are plentyful and the items are all priced fairly. I would definitely recomnend Big Boys Burgers, you're in the mood to indulge in some delicious food.

Nice Burger diner!Burgers are great, fries are fresher if you eat inside or let them breathe by opening the bag up while you drive. The staff are always fast and ready to take your order.

Use to love their burgers and fries. Last time I had a burger it just didn't taste right. Went back once more after not going for a while and this time I found a hair in my greek dinner. Ugh! So disappointed. Try and get service with a smile..fat chance! Typical rude service.Not going back.

Friendly, bustling diner. The owner, Angelos was very personable. We ordered the chicken souvlaki with a Greek salad and onion rings. The portions were very generous and tasty and the service was very prompt. It was the perfect spot for lunch.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who has been coming here for over 20 years...my kinda place. Got to burger and fries but let me tell you, the burgers are awesome. FRESH meat, NOT frozen. Made daily and their fries are actual cut potatoes so they are awesome...not freezer fries. I have definitely found my burger place for life. If you are even remotely close to Bayview and Elgin Mills, and you're hungry???? Check out this place for the best burger you've ever had. ps...sorry I didn't get a pic.
