Food wasn’t good, chicken definitely didn’t taste like j*** chicken, the sauce tasted watery, chicken was terrible food didn’t taste fresh. I’ve been to several j*** spots throughout Scarborough and Toronto and this is not it, I won’t be returning here ever again.

I am very disappointed!!!I've been buying goat roti from this place for many years...since it first opened in Richmond Hill.Now, when I called to place an order for the goat roti, I was told it was not on the menu any longer...neither is the oxtail!This has never happened before...even during Covid!?

Stopped here for lunch, got a Small J*** Pork. $14.50+ tax was pretty pricey. The flavor was good, however my pork was very, very fatty. Staff was quite nice.

Just enjoyed a j*** chicken lunch, was the best i have had in a long time. Service was great, i will agree with the coleslaw comments, not great but hey, wasnt buying a coleslaw dinner with a side of j*** chicken.

Completely inedible curry chicken dish and I will pretty much eat anything. The rice tasted like paste and was mealy. No spice or flavour to the bone-in chicken (another surprise) other than green. Not the same place I remember. ?

AHHHHH-Mazing. My boss sent me over to get some lunch and will definitely be back. Rice was on point, j*** was perfect...beans were missing but nothing to raise a flag about. Ox Tail, was my first time trying it, tasty...Nice clean environment, friendly man serving....next time I try the fish :)

don't order anything except the j*** chicken. The pork has probably been sitting in a fridge for weeks. They gave me so much of it, probably to get rid of it. Coleslaw is extremely dry, probably also a batch made weeks before.You only get three stars for the j*** chicken. it's not bad. Take the pork off the menu if you can't serve it fresh. Simple as that.

Not authentic Caribbean food. I am disappointed. I ordered bbq chicken and it tasted like oven fried chicken with a bottle of bbq sauce thrown on top. The pieces of chicken were so odd as well. Rice and peas was bland, coleslaw was ok.
Thought I would outsmart Google reviews and not believe the scores, but I was wrong. Rice and peas was decent. Ackee and saltfish was soggy and overcooked. Coleslaw was dry (like eating raw vegetables). Drive home after eating my stomach was rumbling, had to run in da house and had a flush out.

Absolutely delicious j*** chicken (a little salty but hey it's j*** chicken what do you expect, extremely clean environment, well done rice and refrigerated coleslaw and a wonderful oxtail sauce. Could not ask for more, and a reasonable dinner price too!

Been going once a week for the last couple of months, the J*** chicken is the best I've ever had, j*** gravy is delicious. Sides are fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly.The lunch special isthe best value around.

Absolutly disgusting, I dont know what happened but this place is unauthentic STAY AWAY. The beans and rice were very dry amd bland. The colslaw tasted old and had a very weird flavour. Lastly the j*** chicken had almost no flavour and was super dry. Dont go here.

Stopped in at the Caribbean J*** Pit in Richmond Hill tonight. My husband got a Roti and I got j*** chicken with rice and peas to take home with us. This food is wonderful and the customer service was amazing!! The young lady behind the counter couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be going back there again. Thank for the great food as well as a wonderful experience.
