They accommodated my wedding last minute. Everything was really good and delicious. The only thing we were a little disappointed is...we ask for Tiramisu as one our desserts. The tiramisu they cater to us, was the one from Costco (the cups). We thought they will make it.

I used to eat lunch here for many years and I had curb-side pickup 2 weeks ago. While Google does not show that this restaurant offers curb-side pickup, they do so (hope the owner updates it). We had eggplant parmigiana sandwich and Gomitelli al forno. It was as delicious as usual. And fresh baguette..!

Had the nerve to serve me one of their over priced sandwiches on rock hard stale bread.Customer service is good: The lady is friendly and welcoming. The rock hard sandwich cut the roof of my mouth even after putting the bread in the oven to soften. Disgusting. The bread should have been disposed of as it was not suitable to serve to customers.

This is a great place to take a break from work and stop in for lunch. Their service is fast friendly and efficient, their food is delicious and freshly made!
I’ve always been one to recommend this place to my friends and colleges in the Markham area, for the superb taste and quality of food. However, my last 3 visits to this place have left me so utterly disappointed. Either the female taking orders is racist and speaks to all people of color so rudely or without any attention to customer service, or she just dislikes me period. I have witnessed her greet every other caucasian person entering the restaurant with a smile and excited tone. Yet every time I approach the pick up or cash register she’s frigid. I asked her for Hot sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it should be enough! Who DOES that? I’m the customer. Anyway I ended up paying for my hot sauce. $2.50 for legit the smallest hot sauce container I can think so (see picture below). It’s not just I who has noticed this, my coworkers as we left we’re quick to turn around and say ‘hey what was that? She doesn’t even smile when helping you’.For that sole reason alone, I do not think I will be dining at this restaurant further.

Great food for a reasonable price. The restaurant is kind of small, but pleasant nonetheless. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The eggplant parmigiana is made fresh with a wonderful spicy tomato sauce on a fresh roll, and the salad that comes with it is very good. Note that this place is only open for lunch during the week; it is otherwise a catering business.
