Service here has gone downhill. This location always makes my drinks wrong. And after I buy several drinks, they hand them to me with no bag and tell me it’s an extra .15 cents if I want one.

Ivy was an absolute machine. I went there late at night and I saw her make 5 drinks in about 5 mins. Honestly really impressed. Usually service is so slow with others but today wow. I hope someone sees this cause I'm telling you she was a beast back there!

The drinks are as expected here (good, standard). Fast service.Nice café vibes, good amount of seating, clean.Came here for their buy 2 large get a free plushie promo, and was not disappointed. Would love to come back and enjoy their great ambiance.Had their (hot) nespresso oat latte, pearls, 30% sugar and it was great. Bold, smooth, creamy, fresh & chewy tapioca.

First time trying their hot Nespresso Milk Tea with pearls with 50% less sweetener. Flavour and pearls were good, but still found it too sweet. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Nice place to go with friends.

They don’t know how to make a roasted milk tea. I ordered one without sugar, but the thing I got was extremely sweet, and that’s totally not tasted like a roasted milk tea.
Love Chatime but this location is always subpar. Always feel rushed to order and they NEVER ask to scan your points! Must be a dozen times now I’ve missed out on the points because they are always in such a rush. Likely a sign that management is not scheduling enough staff to keep up because everyone looks like they’re working hard.

Horrid. I ordered a Large QQ passion fruit juice but they gave me a Regular QQ strawberry. I told them this wasn't what I ordered and showed them my receipt, but they kept insisting that's what I ordered. What a scam!
