Ordered the Chocolate Decadence funnel cake, the portion size was small. especially considering the price they charge for it.I've ordered the same thing a few times in the past and it's usually large enough for my wife and I to share and fill us both up, but it seems like they have reduced their portion sizes.Was told after it was served that they were out of chocolate ice cream that it was supposed to come with (it would be been nice if they told me that when I ordered it).Also ordered the funfetti cake that was basically plain vanilla boxed cake mix with icing and sprinkles on it...not what I expected from a $12 piece of cake.Very disappointed.

Terrible service. Not acknowledged by staff when we came in. I had to ask if I could sit or wait to be seated, also had to ask for a menu (there were 5 of us, and they gave us only 1). Asked for water, they gave us 1 tiny cup. When ordering they don't have a waffle cone for ice cream just regular ones. Fine... next I tried to pay with a Dspot gift card, apparently only valid at the location it was purchased at. Ok np. Ordered a mojito drink and it's very different from the photo (photo attached). Everything was so cheap to be honest. The cookie monster crepe was disgusting. Tasted like the ice cream was stale and had some weird taste. Crepe itself was hard too. We couldn't eat it. Spoke with the manager to tell her the service is really bad, and her response was "I know." I would never come back here again or recommend it. Such a shame to Milton. Mississauga's location, as well as Cambridge, were amazing. Don't waste your time coming here.

We got their Berry crepe where the crepe was very rubbery and not fresh at all. We also got a divide and conquer where the marshmallows were very hard and when asked why, the worker just cast it aside. Very disappointing. I wouldn't come here. I'd rather go to Mississauga's Dspot.

The thing I love the most about D spot is everything is certified halal. Some of the toppings are very sweet for my liking especially the white chocolate so I have learnt to stay away from that one. Croffles are the dessert i love the most here and my all time favourite is cookie butter heaven croffle. My kids love their sundaes and tornados though they are never able to finish it cuz the serving size is pretty generous.
