Service was great. Associate came and showed me the different cakes and then offered to do lettering ( I thought you would have to order in advance). The place was very clean both outside and inside. There is a counter with some stools and a table or two with seats (more seating outside for summer) but if it's not summer more if a place to pick up from. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Thank you all @ Dairy Queen Tower Hill for making the perfect Oreo Blizzard cake for my son’s 25th birthday. I took a snap of his halloween costume from this year and dragged it in with Ricky and Bubbles. I don’t think I ever heard him laugh that hard. You guys are great and got it done so quick. Cake tasted fantastic. My wife’s birthday is next up so gotta come up with something for her lol Thank you all again ??

Going to Dairy Queen is amazing and the children absolutely love it. I’ve seen with my eyes after the bell rings at the nearby school children biking towards Dairy Queen. They all love it and it seems to be the place where everybody loves it. The are famous for the ice creams and I love it!Parking: There’s usually parking space available at times for the plaza. Along with the other stores and uses, I often go here as a great snack and the parking is all together.Kid-friendliness: The place and staff are all amazing people, kind and warm hearted towards my children and to others. There’s no bad attitude whatsoever and conversations towards children like a warm hug.

Omg this dairy queen is amazing and they went over the top with my custom cake order. I honestly didn't expect this much detail to make it look like a log of wood. My partner is an arborist and just turned 40 so I wanted a wood themed ice cream cake. I asked if they could make ot a brown color and that's it. The amount of detailed etchings and the light and dark brown color to turn it into wood was amazing. And they even did the sides to look like the actual rings of a tree. ??In terms of taste, DQ never disappoints. The log cake has an extra thick layer of the cookie crumble and fudge inside, which is my partners favourite part of the cake.10 out of 10 all around! He absolutely loved it and was shocked at the level of detail as an arborist. He said it was his favourite cake this far!Thank you so much DQ for making and decorating this amazing cake celebrating his 40th!
I went to the place to use a coupon voucher that I received by mail and buy a bacon two cheese deluxe combo and oh surprise they don't sell them there and when I asked the girl who helped me where I could find a DQ that would sell it to me she told me that I had no idea.I had to buy a chilli hot dog that was horribly prepared and had a bad taste that I couldn't finish.

I ordered from this Dairy Queen last week I asked for no sprinkles in the cotton candy blizzard and just fudge in the middle she asked what I wanted on top and I said just the syrup is fine on the whole top and the sides like a drip cake. When I came to pick up she hadn’t put the cotton candy syrup on the top so I asked if she could do that and she said no problem I also paid extra for these extra requests I made . And I was very happy when I left . When I tried to order the same thing again I got a call back a hour or so later saying the owner refused to do so and I asked why she said it was complicated and I said but it was done before she said we can do the normal way and I said ok but no sprinkles then for a call back saying that I couldn’t do that and it was still too complicated. But I told her this is ridiculous and I asked for the owners name and asked if he owned other dairy queens and hung up yet I have an allergy to those sprinkles as well . I never swore or acted rude . I asked to get the owner to call me and never received a call .

Not the best DQ I've been to. This one isn't in a great spot. There's no bathroom. And, they let a lady sit there on her phone talking loudly, complaining, and crying, and taking up an entire counter. It wrecked the vibe. The staff's pleasantness and quickness saved this review.
