Horrible services. Staff extremely rude. For people who want to dine with respect, please stay away from this place. Customers deserve dignity and respect to a reasonable extent. There is no reason to allow such a place to exist in Toronto.

I had a disappointing experience here. The fish soup was delicious and heartwarming, and the portion size was generous. However, the service attitude was extremely poor. Despite arriving around 8:15 PM, well before the 9:30 PM closing time, the staff rudely threw the cutlery on the table. Furthermore, starting from 8:30 PM, they repeatedly rushed us to settle the bill.

I'm a long time Deer Garden fan! I used to frequent the location in Scarborough at least once a week.Portions are always generous. I pretty much ALWAYS order the same base (tomato and pumpkin fish soup) but sometimes the pumpkin is undercooked.Sadly some of the cabbage they added during today's visit had gone bad and I had to spit it out. My partner mentioned that his tasted off as well. The fried fish fillet and ginger wings are a must order. Prices have gone up significantly over the years but it is to be expected. I will remain a loyal customer as long as they keep ingredients fresh and stay consistent!

The service attitude is very bad. I owed it to the waiter in my previous life. Even if you have better food, it doesn't mean you can be rude to customers.Absolutely poor service. Feel like you owe the staffs money or something. Totally ruin the mood of the meal. No wonder see declining customers during the lunch peak hours.

I love how their soups always come out super hot. The options for customization are also very good. I always get their laksa noodle. Highly recommend getting the beef brikset as one of the toppings as they give a pretty big portion. I also got a takeout order of their Tuesday special, Maggi sauce pork chop rice, but the pork was a bit tough.

Been here a few times now. Noodle soup restaurant really. Limited menu. Order from paper and select your toppings and broth. Nice little place but shady owners/managers!!! I paid our bill while my friend was in the bathroom. And when she came out she wentto pay the bill because she didn't know that I had already paid it the owner guy collecting the money took my friends money as well! We paid twice for the bill! Buddy didn't even flinch!! Very shady business practices!! Didn't like that at all! I've returned but now am super careful with this place. Would recommend to those who like noodle soups but with a word of caution that this place is SHADY so be careful!!

Big bowl soup noodle, there are ten kinds of soup base, fish soup base is the more popular soup, but I prefer Malay Laksa soup base, which is a bit spicy and has a great flavor.
