We used to go to this location whenever we wanted to go out for breakfast with my boyfriend there used to be a really kind men servicing us. This time we went there at 1:50 I know it was one hour before closing but we didn’t wanna stay till 3pm obviously! But the young boy who was working that day got annoyed from the first moment we walked in! They got a phone call and he said “ for gods sake its 2pm! “ loudly!!! We didn’t receive the good service that we were expecting and didn’t feel welcomed! Gonna try other locations next time.

What else could be worse than being treated really insulted, verbally and behaviourally, on a palce where you were supposed to be a guest and you were ok to pay extra for food that could be much cheaper otherwise. Imagine, a man in his 30s or with longer hair , dressed in balck, apparently there to serve you approaches you like a falcon has to pounce on a prey, though you are reasoanbly dressed and with your office laptop to work on. You thought its place you should be ok to sit for some time, pay any amount but can sit in peace and with some due respect. But you have been made walked out with the most unexpectedly rude and disgraced experience, like someone says get the hell out of here and never come back. I used to sit there often whenever i visisted Richmond hill for a peacefull ambience. It's been many weeks and I had not commented but unfortunately unable to forget the way I was dealt with. Maybe it helps me forget that.

To Cindy , the customer that complained.Clearly the wait time of an 1hour sucks!!But Clearly you don't do Breakfast spots!!!That's rye bread and that's the way it comes out toasted!!! So it not burnt ? also your meal in the picture looked good to me!!! No picture of the sunny side up?I've eaten in plenty of Breakfast spots.And I was plesntly surprised with this spot..Fresh omeletteHOMEFRIESSausage ALL ON POINT!!keep up the great food!!

Very bad experience. Have been sitting there for 1 hour but nothing served except for coffee. Finally we have to pack takeouts as we don’t have enough time to eat our brunch. And the food is also very bad cooked. Over toasted bread and broken sunny side up eggs, overcooked bacon and etc. Won’t step into this restaurant again.
