If I could give less than one star I would. I arrived around 8pm on a Friday with my mother and we placed our order. The girl working finished making our food around 8:12pm and proceeded to tell us that they were closing at 8:30pm when we had checked the hours on Google prior which said 9:30pm. I opened my meal and noticed there was barely any streak… probably about one scoop, so maybe 5-6 pieces. I asked the girl working if I could have a bit more and she said no. And that her manager has said they can only give that specific amount, no more. I rolled my eyes and sat down. While I was eating a man came in and asked if he could order a smoothie and she told him we close at 830pm so I can’t make you a smoothie. He said I’m sorry but you’re still open so you can make me a smoothie. And so she made him a smoothie and finished well before 8:30pm when she said they “close”. Then, right at 8:30 two girls came in and waited to order. When these girls came in I went over to the front door to take a look at the hours posted and it actually said 9pm close for a Friday. So when she told them they close at 8:30pm I said actually the door says 9pm and she said oh those are our summer hours. For winter hours we close at 8:30 as per the manager. Also, the girl had her headphones in the entire time we were there and was talking to someone through her headphones the entire time. And there was a hair in my mother’s meal.Worst customer service ever… this girl should be fired. Don’t go here.

Today I visit this restaurant with my family and I am really happy with the customer service of this store . One healthy (chubby) Indian girl took our order so politely, her expressions and smile is enough for customer to order food . She is really nice girl. As well , they served us very fresh food … and the smoothies (tropical mango and strawberry banana ) are just heaven . My family was really happy after having dinner in this store. We will definitely come again and we hope to see that Indian girl again . You guys should also visit there once.

First time I visit this place and my experience is just mind blowing. The girl who took my order is really nice and sweet. That chubby girl with brown cap took my order with innocent smile. I ordered tex mex bowl and that was super delicious. Definitely I will visit there again. Thank you so much for the amazing food and one thanks for that chubby girl for her smile because it made my day .

I tried this location again today thinking the last time was just a one off. I asked for a menu and was refused. The bowl I ordered had horrible tasting broccoli that ruined the whole bowl. So I basically just paid for rice noodle with some sauce. Don't waste your time here.

The portions were really good and decently sized. And the service was really good. I'm not sure if the management changed but the bad experiences others noted seem undeserved based on our family's experience today. They did a great job Great value!

Seems like the staff here are undertrained and ignorant. I’ve never seen a place be so stingy with the portion sizes, and not to mention how unhygienic the preparation counter looked. Don’t waste your money here!

Drove 20 minutes to store arrived at 7:35pm and the door is locked light is off. I can see people inside so I knocked and shook the door got completely ignored. Store is open until 8pm. Called and also got ignored.

Don't use their catering! They delivered over an hour late. We are 1 km away. ordered the day before, followed up first thing on the morning to confirm and pay ahead of time.Despite my best efforts they were more than an hour late and were more worried about the fact they undercharged by a few dollars.I have no idea if the food is any good, we are still waiting for it to arrive.Worst service experience ever.
