Paid over $30 plus tips and tax for two large Waffle ice cream with only two additional topics, the ice cream were so small that mostly the only thing we had was waffle and couple pic of strawberry on top. When I’ve raised this issue to the young lady worked there she said that is how they make it and didn’t offer more ice cream. The waffle was very soggy. In addition to two young gentleman and the lady who prepared it took a long time to prepare our ice cream waffle as they were scrambling with the idea how to make it. It’s really ridiculous.

Was in the area and wanted something sweet. Wasn't sure about the reviews because it's kinda low. I usually wouldn't visit a shop that's under 4 stars. Since it was close by, thought why not? We got the mini Oreo, came with the egg waffle and ice cream, egg waffle wasn't really warm and it wasn't as crunchy on the edges as the egg waffles I've had in the past. For a bit over $9, I would say this was pretty pricy. The service wasn't that great either, it seemed like the staff didn't want to be there, didn't care much. Probably wouldn't go back tbh. Next time I'm going to stick with 4 stars +.

Today's service was bad. They have hot symbols next to tea that they don't even know they can make it in hot. I asked for Thai milk tea which the guy seemed confused about and then after seeing their board they tried to make it. I requested for the tea to actually be hot not luke warm . The tea was not hot to say the least...the cup was barley warm. And the worst part was I think they may have tried to heat the drink with the tapioca which made the tapioca taste really gross. I was in a rush to leave somewhere so I did not continue to drink this tea and left it on the counter. I wish they're able to listen to instructions or be honest if their board indicates something they can't do.I'm giving a three stars because the first time I came here the service was pretty good and their fruit cold teas are good.

Unbelievably slow. Employee just made my waffles and let it sit in front of the fan for 10min and forgot about it. Now the waffles are cold and hard.

I have been here 3 times and always with a group (4 people). It's a fun experience when entertaining visitors. Worth checking out, but best experience is with two people maximum.I can't give it 5 stars for one weird reason: the timing on the dessert is awkward.If you have a group of 4, each individual dessert is staggered by a couple of minutes. This means you cannot eat together as a group. If you like taking group photos with your food, this is also not possible.The first person can be nearly finished their dessert by the time the second person gets their order. It gets worse with more people.Every time I have visited here, the unlucky 4th person is sitting with nothing while the rest of us have completely finished eating.I understand that each order is hand crafted and needs time. I also understand that it's mostly teenagers who are doing their best to handle the orders. I don't have a solution to the problem, but I am a little tired of saying "Sorry" to the people I bring here.Hoping for your success!

First time here. I have always wanted to have pearls in my HK milk tea. Now I see they serve it here, so excited!!! Don't know what flavor to choose for the waffle, went with the classic one..it was super soft and light. Yummy!!!!
