We got a tray and they are very stingy with the amount of salads and miso they give, do not accommodate the amount that is eating but only give a set amount. They charge 15 percent default tip when in a group of 6 plus people but dont offer anything to deserve it.

My favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Food is good quality. I usually get a sushi boat and udon, and it never disappoints. Service is also friendly but when the restaurant gets busy it does at times feel like there's not enough servers. Price isn't cheap but most sushi restaurants aren't. I would say for the taste and quality of the food the price is worth it.

This is my first time ever visiting a restaurant where i was asked to "bring my own plates and knife" if I wanted to bring cake. I was here with my family celebrating a birthday. The food was fine - but the attitude from the server did not make the experience pleasant. when we were done our meal - & I asked to bring out our cake , she asked me why i didnt mention it on the phone that i was going to eat it there. I didn't know that this was something that needed to be brought up and if so - when i arrived and gave you the cake to put in the fridge, why didn't you say anything? She came out with a plastic knife and paper plates after....and gave a lot of little comments as to how she usually charges people for cutting cake at the restaurant - but just this one time she will do it for me at no charge. Dont make it sound like youre doing me a favour, because if you really were, you wouldnt be making all these little comments. I was very very unhappy with the experience at this restaurant.

Quick run for lunch. Their portion are perfect and if you are little big eater like me. Always add a sushi roll or something on the side. They are so fresh

What is going on with soy sauce? Miso soup? I got a little amount of soy sauce for my lunch of 12 pieces of sushi; you need to pay extra for another tiny one! Miso soup is barely halfway full (pictures), the SAME, as my coworker also ordered from there. My California roll doesn't look right.People dine in, they get soy sauce as much as they want, and they pay extra! Takeout saves your table space, service from the server, and dirty dishes! But to steal from them in such a sneaky way is shameful!

The waitress blatantly came up to us and demanded a tip because they don't a charge service fee. Mind you that you cannot tip by amount there, it has to be a certain percentage. Not to mention all she did was bring our food to our table once and that's it. It's not an all you can eat place where they keep serving you. And then she asked us to not dine in there next time.

We got the 40 piece sashimi and sushi platter take out. We've been going to Haru throughout covid. It's been a few months since we last visited and unfortunately quality has suffered significantly. They are already on the priceier side, and for a similar price, you can get more bang for your buck from AI Sushi for take out. We also experienced unethical and quite frankly illegal business practice regarding tipping. Save yourself the grief and go to another restaurant.

Great find! All the dishes we ate were great. Good value. Excellent service. Would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

Decided to try this place out, just wanted some quick sushi dinner. Ordered a small party tray and a bulgogi rice. The fish were not very fresh and the price is not worth it. For the same price, I would be able to get more premium sushi and sashimi elsewhere. The Bulgogi rice is not bad, still alittle pricy for what it is.

No issues with food from past experiences. However something they said made me wanted to stop supporting them. I placed a large order a Friday night via phone for Saturday noon pick up. Upon pick up, the lady said to me please order at 3 or 4 pm the day before, not at 7pm. Well, if they are doing fine with their business and not appreciating large order, I'll just go elsewhere.

Beautiful place (a bit messy from the pandemic, but the natural materials still create a peaceful ambiance). Great lunch menu with plenty of options to choose from. Sushi can be tricky for gluten-free eating, but the server was knowledgeable and steered us to safe options, even serving me a salad with no dressing, since it had gluten, and subbing avocado roll for California roll on my combo. For a little place in a fairly anonymous strip mall, we couldn't have had a better experience. So glad we dropped in while passing by.

All our family just love this place. We drive there for 30 min and it’s totally worth it even if we have a lot of other sushi places around. Very good food. Very quick and professional service. You are the best!
