On the days I go to eat here, I have the most pleasant experience, not just in the delicious burgers and onion rings, but also the fact that the staff are so friendly, and sweet, even to someone who looks like me. I see how friendly they are to everyone. Remembering the orders from regulars, even if they order online. The ee people are an example of the standard of eating at a fast food place, and a great reminder of what it felt like when I was a child, eating here with my twin brother, and where even my dad, financially conservative, would order at least 3 burgers. Too Good to eat just one.. thank you ladies, for treating my twin, me and others as friends and enhancing our experience with these good foods..Vegetarian options: My brother and i had limited ourselves to not eating meat for lent. I was so surprised with the veggie burger. My bro and I had to check our burgers a couple of times, wondering if our orders were mixed up. The veggie burgers are so incredibly delicious, and they taste so close to an actual beef burger.. God provides! LolKid-friendliness: The ladies i see there are so sweet, it is easy to see the children loving their naturally caring demeanorWheelchair accessibility: So the closest thing I've seen in this case is walking with a cain, which unfortunately, included me at one point. They are kind enough to bring the food to you

I went to this location to have my lunch and ordered a “Regular Classic Poutine” it was amazing and the staff were really friendly & best food, I asked for some garnishing on my poutine and they were happy to do that. Now i am a regular customer.Definitely recommend!!!Great work?

Went in to order dinner for me and my two sons when my son pointed out while we were waiting in line to order that the gentleman who was preparing the food had no gloves I then started to watch that everyone had gloves on except for one guy in the back who literally grabbed frozen food out of the freezer with no gloves threw it into the fryer then proceeded to grab a plastic bag full of buns and then grabbed handles on the fryer before grabbing a complete burger not in a wrapper with his bare hands and hand to another worker to apply toppings. I made a point to let the cashier know that we would not be eating at this restaurant due to what we had witnessed. She informed me that it's not required for him to wear gloves. I said he is handling food after it's been cooked with bare hands that have touched multiple services were he could contamin the food they were serving. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong. We left with two other customers who also felt like not taking the chance of getting Ill. Very disappointed in the level of customer food safety standards that Harvey's employees are trained on.

Jayden took our order n fulfilled the toppings for the order for 2 burgers. We had 2 more n told him do the same from his memory from the previous 2 burgers. He recalled perfectly demonstraring awareness n conciousness in his job. Pointed out where condiments were without asking. Excellent

Had a great drive thru experience today! My order was taken by Sunny and he was super pleasant and made sure I ordered exactly what I wanted. He even tried to suggest gravy, a dessert or poutine to add to my order. I was greeted at the window by Sunny and Homeira (sorry if I spelled that wrong), both with smiles on their faces. The food was hot and exactly what I had ordered. Would definitely come to this location again. I was even given coupons in my bag for my next visit.
