I found hair in my miso soup but before that even happened they were so incredibly rude. I feel bad that I even gave them money I wish I could throw the food up and get my money back WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO

The worst experience of my life. Food was mediocre at best and the employees are so rude and cannot talk without giving you attitude. They don’t even know their own menu can’t help you order if you ask for any assistance they will provide it (only because they’re payed) with the most attitude, eyes rolls. I cannot believe how I was treated PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY.

Bad experience, Less sashimi than the picture and sashimi are not fresh, taste really dry, like it's just thawed out.
I called for pick-up an hour in advance; but still had to wait for a good 15 minutes because apparently the person who took the order forgot to forward it to the chef and no apologies offered…. I know they probably don’t care but I will not be going again. They used to accept debit card and cash - now cash only with HST….

Worst possible sushi spot in the entire GTA. Staff are not helpful, beyond rude & not willing to help. They completely messed up my order & did nothing at all. I called FOUR TIMES to complain & they didn’t nothing at all. I said no fish eggs due to an allergy & it was left on THREE of my rolls. More importantly I pulled out black short hair from one of the staff. Clearly not mine as I have long curly blonde hair. Do not go to this spot.

Pricing was reasonable for 100 piece platter mixed with sashimi and sushi. Online order option was convenient along with location. Sushi and sashimi tasted delicious!
