Question, am I eating wood or chicken?? The chicken was so DRY and STALE it was like eating a piece of wood. We could pull the chicken apart and all the muscle fibres would crumble apart. WORST CHICKEN IN MY LIFE. The pieces were so large like rocks and the skin was not crunchy at all. The oil smelled old and greasy, probably hasn’t been changed in a while!! I am so disappointed that I didn’t take the 2.6 star google review seriously before coming here. DON’T COME!!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS KFC!!!!!

The food's good, the place is clean, but here's the kicker: they stuck the baby changing table in the men's restroom. Not exactly comfy for moms. Plus, the bathroom's tiny. Bring in a stroller, and you're hogging all the space.

Ordered two of their famous chicken sandwiches. What I got were two sliders/appetizers instead. They want to charge more than 10 dollars for each "famous" sandwich and give you a chicken finger lol.Even after their recent renovation, this store is one of the worst and KFC doesn't seem to care to hold this store accountable.

I ordered the plant-based combo and the fries and patty were dark and dry. It’s like they were cooked in really old, dark oil that needs to be changed. The patty wasn’t juicy at all. Definitely not worth the $15. Never coming back here.

Worst customer service I have ever seen, 4~5 employees who were free and just walking around behind desk while they Watch straight forward in your eyes and pretend they are busy and can’t come early, we ordered for pick up online like 10 minutes before we get in store and it took almost 15 minutes for them to find our online order ….

This store is horribly disorganized. I ordered before arriving. Spent over 30min waiting for the food. Had to call a manager (Hamid) instead of apologizing he said nothing. No value of other people’s time. I might as well ordered and eat there instead of ordering ahead and taking
I hoped the renovation to make things better. The food seems get a little better and fresher than before. But my mobile order got completely ignored and I had to wait additional 25 mins for my order. They ended up forgotten to give me the dipping sauce and cookies… Owner has to focus on training, quite poor service to be honest.
