Took over an hour to get our food and it is impossible to flag anyone down. Been to a lot of dim sum places in Markham and this one was probably the worst.

I do not recommend this restaurant.Food safety and service is a main concern here.Food debris is often found on their plates, cups, and utensils. I noticed this on two separate visits to this restaurant.Service was also horrible. Waitress did not respect our food. When she was portioning it to all the guests at the table she shoved all the food onto the serving plates like garbage. She was sloppy spilling all over the lazy Susan turntable. She was rude and unapologetic when we told her the dishes are dirty several times. In the back where she stacked “new dishes”, we saw her wipe down with some sort of napkin before bringing the dishes to our table. When we received these supposedly “clean dishes” they were very damp and looked grimy. We find this gross and unacceptable and asked her to replace the plates and she gave us a nasty look.Food was mediocre. Very pricey for their quality and service.

Lost 1 star for dirty plates and found a piece of plastic in my red bean soup dessert. Otherwise, this place is solid for dinner and for big parties.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Was served by Betty. B!tc# is an understatement. Rude, condescending, and 100% not hygiene friendly as I’m sure she does not wash hands after handling dirty dishes. Also, food is mediocre. Not sure why people stil go there? They certainly have no standard in eating and food quality.Cleanliness is definitely an issue here. Same as last time here…dishes are often seen unclean with food residue. Told Betty numerous times and not once she apologized. My last time I’m stepping foot at this horrible establishment.I really hope the food inspector passes as it will without a doubt be fined and closed.People. Take this as a courtesy call and don’t waste your time, money, appetite, and high chance to disappointment.

Food here is reliable. You know you’ll get good quality and taste is on point for banquet style Chinese food. It gets a little loud though as per Chinese restaurant fashion, it feels very busy.

Went to Lobster Port on Feb. 10 to celebrate Chinese New Year. Plenty of free parking there - very easy.My family of 10 was there for CNY dinner on Feb 10. The atmosphere was very good, although it was a bit too noisy for chatting. People around us were all celebrating CNY - good to see people are getting together after a few years of physical distancing. Services was pretty good. Servers were attentive and polite although they were very busy with so many people booked. We had ordered a set CNY menu for 8 people for $688, as well as some side dishes. The reason I gave the food ONE star (this is for the set menu) was that the food was NOT HOT, except for the steamed fish (which had to be cooked fresh). Even my 2-year-old grandson could drink the soup right after the server dished out in the bowls for the table - this was a very good indication of how low the soup temperature was!!!I could understand that most of the food on the set menu were prepared in advance, and then dished out to the guests as they came in and placed the order. At least the kitchen could make sure the food was heated up before serving to the guests. WARM food is not acceptable in Chinese cuisine when the food is supposed to be hot. As the food was NOT HOT, it didn't taste flavourful. So, this dinner was not enjoyable. Disappointed at the food.

Terrible place, food was cold, took forever to be served. Waited forever for a dish until a server said it ran out. Very chaotic and unprofessional.

Good food and a few extra dim sum items that are not your usual items. Go and sit in the ballroom section as bigger area. Don't go at Chinese new year....all wait staff and servers makes a gross display of wedging in at the tables so they can get red packet with money. I understand if they are regular staff that know you but qe even had wait staff coming back twice for money. They stand at the tables and hang out waiting for the red pockets while you are eating. A big turn off when you are having a family gathering. Probably 2 out of 10 that come by are familiar to us. Quite disgusting. One staff came twice.

I eat out everyday and this is one of my regular spots. I went for a family dinner on the Lunar New Year's Eve. They were so full and yet each dish they delivered was of high quality and nice portion. I don't know how they did it. All the wait staff were nice and helpful despite being one of their busiest nights. Kudos to the servers and chefs who made everything run so smoothly (or at least it appeared so).

Great Cantonese food. One of the top 3 for dimsum alongside yu seafood and the One. Dinner is fantastic here too. High quality ingredients for a premium price.
