Just finished celebrating the end of exams with my family, and service wise, we had a great time. I'd like to give a special shout out to Rango for the help throughout the night even though it was a little hectic at times.

Our boys U14 basketball team went to this Lonestar location for our team dinner during our championship weekend. We had a group of 30. The staff was incredibly accommodating and understood right away to organize the bills by jersey number for kids and parents (always the best and easiset way).Our drinks were taken immediately, our appetizers and entres came out quickly, too.All of our food was delicious! I had the New York strip loin steak and I could almost cut it with a fork. It was cooked perfectly for me, too (medium rare). It was one of the best steaks I've had in recent memory and my wife thought so, too.The staff was also incredible. Our main server named "Lightning" was one of the best servers we've ever had. He was personable, great with the kids, ready to help whenever he could and whenever asked. Another young gentleman (student at U of T with a great mullet) had a nice chat with us about volleyball and wished us good luck. 2024 April - The food was fantastic 10/10 and piping hot, served very promptly. The service was exceptional. We were lucky to be served by Cadillac Lucas, he was so good he really should be in charge of training other staff. He knows how to active listen. He knows how to check on on his table in a polite non-intrusive way in case anybody needs anything. He's the best.Also, every other staff member was helpful and engaging, making eye contact and listening carefully. We had trouble opening up the very heavy front doors and a young male staffer cane running out to open the doors for us. What wonderful service is that! Then the nice girl at the counter had smiles for us and a nice helpful attitude. What a pleasure.The double front door is not where the patio is. I parked on the wrong opposite side. To me the front door location was not clear. No biggie since it was nice weather out for us.The only thing I no likey is the many tvs on everywhere, but this is my pet peeve at every place. I wish there was a TV free, **quiet** corner to sit in. I want to be able to clearly hear the people I'm sitting with. Some people are real low soft talkers.Oh and this is not the fault of the restaurant, but right in front of me was a male diner ate with his shoes off with his feet on his chair in a cross legged position through his whole meal. That's no Bueno ?Thanks for a wonderful, perfect meal out. I appreciate you all, especially the chef and kitchen staff. Job well done.........

This restaurant has to be by far the worst I've been in for some time.We were initially greeted and seated quickly, the waitress took our order, and thats when the horrible service began.It took over 20 minutes to get food, and I ordered a steak, but it came out well done, not medium as I ordered it, our waitress never came back to the table.Then they brought me another steak, this time it was medium rare, and I was very disappointed.The bottom line is, I left there without eating, and it took 1 1/2hrs of my time.Horrible, just plain horrible service.

Very tasty meal with good friends. Food was fresh, service was great. Only complaint is that the washroom was a little dirty - otherwise spectacular experience.

Hit this place up for the first time yesterday for their wing night. Was pleasantly surprised. Wings are bigger and better than Kelsey’s imo. Fall off the bone good. Could have used more sauce though. Otherwise, for a family bar/restaurant, its pretty solid. Oh, and the side of fries are totally worth it. Perfectly seasoned and piping hot. ????✅

I'm surprised that Hamburger was better than any restaurant.More likely Mexican foods- taco and drink was amazing ?And we had alligator meat...it's real! It's same as Florida real alligator bites..
Don’t order takeout from this location. They literally put takeout orders on the back burner. I waited an hour and a half before deciding to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.
