Ordered Happy Meals, combos and 2 apples pies at the drive through. We were asked to park at one of the spots and wait for our order, which is fine. Waited about 8 mins and the girl brought the food to our car. We were told that they don’t have apple pies at the moment. The girl said we have to wait another 10 minutes for the apples pies or they can give us a choice of 1 muffin or 2 donuts instead. We said we will take the 2 donuts because our kids were getting impatient in the car. The girl came out again and said that actually the wait is only 4-5 minutes and asked if we could wait. So we said ok if it is only 5 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and still no apple pie or donuts. I don’t understand why they offered us the muffin or donuts in the first place, then told us to wait. Very bad customer service and dishonest. If they wanted us to wait they should have just said it in the beginning instead giving us an option and then wasted more of our time. We left without the apple pies or donuts.

Thanks for the wilted, old lettuce in my sandwiches. Not impressed at all. Have some more standards when serving food to your customers. I don't believe you would appreciate it either.
