Wonderful family runs this business. Love their treats, coffee and specialty drinks (french vanilla).

Pretty decent little coffee shop in the Library, hot chocolate and coffee and such it's pretty good but these cookies are like three bucks so that's a little overpriced.

First time here. Had a small coffee, one of their massive cranberry muffins and a ginormous chocolate cookie for about $6.70. Great value! Everything tasted great!

Pam's Coffee & Tea Company is a quaint higher end snack bar/coffee take away tucked nicely within the first floor of the Richmond Hill Public Library. Typically, you have several different options of baked treats, including massive muffins (I'll take a pick next time) built for sharing, butter tarts and cookies at reasonable prices. I typically go for a muffin, small coffee and a small strawberry slush (for the little guy) which clocks in around $6.00. Before, we used to have to take coins, but now for a $.15 surcharge you can use debit. For the coffee, you normally have a choice of regular or flavour as vanilla almond, which you dispense yourself. Something to look forward to when you have a few hours of studying ahead! Honestly, when you go to the Richmond Hill library, try to make your way over to Pam's to give some business where you can. Pretty good value for the product. Also, can beat those monster muffins, but make sure to share! -Zuk

Probably one of the best coffee places in town, I would strongly recommend trying it out to get a good taste of what coffee should be

Nice lady running it
The best chai tea lattes!!! Worth the drive from Niagara even
The cinammon roll is huge but doesn't have a lot of drizzling so it's mostly quite bland
15 cent surcharge to pay with debit card, 25 cents for credit card. No tap.
Mango tango smoothie is $4.50 with tax. It's decent (though with some coarse ice bits)
15 cent surcharge to pay with debit. 25 cents extra to pay with a credit card
The slush is relatively cheap. $1.50 (including tax) for a small cup (pictured). It tastes alright
