Worst Pizza Hut Experience. I DIDN'T EVEN GET MY PIZZA. I ordered online ahead of time. When I got there, it had already been 10 minutes after my pickup time so I expected the pizza to be ready. To my surprise, the cashier said it was still in the oven. For the next few minutes I observed the other workers folding boxes and scraping tubs. After a few more minutes, he looks in the oven and realizes there's no pizza. Then he checks the warmer and there's no pizza as well. He then calls someone (I assume is a delivery driver who took my pizza) all while leaving me waiting there. I then asked if my pizza was not there and he admitted it. I asked for a refund to which he rudely handed me $15 and told me that it was more than what I paid. No apology, no explanation. Yeah, thanks for the extra 44 cents, it was really worth waiting 30 minutes for no pizza.

The manager is not professional at all they delivered my order to the wrong address and the order was prepaid for and he didn’t do anything about it! I had to place a second order so I paid twice for the same order and he didn’t care at all. By the way they delivered my order to a church across the street from my townhouse and I found out after I received my second order I wish they would of told me from the start I would of walked over and picked it off the church’s doorsteps.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I went to store to order for pickup and when I asked for deals they said I have to go online for that and they won't be able to help me. Thanks God I had access to internet and my phone. I was wondering what other people do in similar circumstance when they aren't familiar with online ordering specially elders and seniors! When I picked up my orders I requested few napkins and paper plates however they refused to provide any of them. Prior to this I always had positive experience in other locations, I am not sure why this location acted this way!!! Definitely I won't be returning to this location in future.
