I’ve had my own negative experience which I could overlook however, after witnessing the owner yell at a customer after she forgot to make his pizza… I likely won’t be returning. Not exactly the type of behaviour I’d expect at my local pizza joint. Go to Pizza House instead.

Worst experience ever, had 2 separate issues with this location only to find out both times were with the owner. She was so rude absolute worst service, they messed up my order the first time over charged me then told me to get a refund I have to call pizza pizza, the second time I cane in, I ordered a pizza waited 20 min came in to pick it up, they forgot to make it, then blamed it in being busy told me to wait 15 min, I complained then it was 5 min and of course who was it the owner, I asked is this how you treat customers not once but twice. She then made a scene and gave me my refund wasting my time agian. Avoid this place at all cost! I have no idea how a person this incompetent is the owner

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza pizza. Was trying to order a slice and the employee kept walking away from me. She also didn’t understand me very well which made it even harder to try to order in the first place. I was at the register for about 10 minutes before I had to walk out and get nothing as I was in a hurry and she didn’t stay at the register to help me. Very disappointed and in my opinion, unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
