I went to this place 3 times and had enough. I call in for order for pick up. Food is 29.50 something like this. I get there now its 32 dollars. They short change you, One time I had to come back to pick up 10 dollars because they didn't have enough cash. Because their Iranian and mainly Iranians go there they think its okay to pull these types of moves.This is my honest and true review. As far as the food goes, way to expensive for the portion you get. 8 slices of pizza for like 22 dollars.

We encountered a waitress, Saye, whose rude behavior and physical aggression towards my boyfriend were shocking. When we tried to address this with the manager, we were met with indifference, suggesting a lack of concern for customer service and staff conduct.Despite average, the poor service and questionable management practices overshadow the dining experience.Due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the management's disregard for customer concerns, I cannot recommend Roses New York. There are better places that value their customers and provide a positive dining environment.

Overall, a very pleasant dining experience on a weekend night after a ski trip.Ordered the cheeseburger and shared the salami fries dish.The burger was moist and delicious, with lots of toppings and it did not drip excessively nor did it make a huge mess. The flavours resembled that of a middle eastern flair with Americanized burger flavors.The salami fries certainly tastes fantastic, although there seemed to be a lack of salami, though the other toppings were very delicious.The atmosphere is like a new york club, except everybody there is Persian and the music is Persian (I think) which is exactly what you should expect based on their restaurant name.They charged us for a water bottle which was Kirkland (Costco) and that was my main complaint. At a restaurant I'd expect free water at least... but oh well, I was not in the mood to argue over 2 bucks.Overall, I highly recommend eating here for their nice flavors, either bring your own water or order a drink on their drink menu. They don't really do off menu cocktails but the drink menu is extensive so you'll probably find something you'd like.Recommend, yes!Parking: Small parking lot. We came late at night so no issue, on a busy day be aware you might find it packed. It's yonge street after all.

This place is HORRIBLE, I don’t know how to describe it. Whoever said this place is good, they are either the owner’s (Roozbeh) friends/relatives or they put a good review just to get a discount.The burger was DISGUSTING, I don’t know where the hell they receive their meat, it was burnt and not delicious.Their pizza was GARBAGE, it was too thick, not with too many toppings, and overall it was unhealthy and expensive for no reason.The fries is GARBAGE, it’s not handmade potato fries, I think it’s Nofrill’s ready-cut fries, absolutely disgusting. There are other similar places in Richmond Hill that are just superior.Based on the price and the overall disappointing quality, I would NOT recommend and come here again, and don’t bother the live music it gives you headache.
