A year ago I would have given 4⭐️ but today I can only give 3⭐️ SorryThe food is good. The wagyu beef is in critical condition. The taste of the sauce is not much different. However, shinta has wagyu options. It seems that the wagyu meal can be upgraded to A5 for free in the near future. It looks good.Went there during off-peak time today (3pm)The service was very sloppy. The price is obviously relatively high among barbecue restaurants, at least higher than that of Niu Shiju and Niu Mechanism, but I didn't feel that the service was adequate. The first waiter who came in first (maybe he was the manager?) didn't look very good when he was helping to arrange the table (I know how to read faces, don't say I'm too sensitive), and his service attitude and tone made him uncomfortable.After eating for a while, the baking pan was burnt and it was already a foot high?. No one came to replace it. The waiter was taking orders for the table next door. He didn’t even take a look at our table to see if there was anything he wanted. When he did, he left in the other direction.To change the baking tray from beginning to end, you have to wait for the waiter to serve the table next door before you dare to stop him to change it. There is no one to ask if you need to add some water or the like, and he is not proactive in adding dishes, for fear that you will eat too much.I came here once a year ago, and I ordered the most expensive Wagyu meal. I felt that the service was not very attentive, but at least it was reasonable. Today, I was directly treated.Look at the critically ill cow next door. There are so many chain stores. No matter how busy or peak the time is, the waiters will patrol the whole place, giving you no chance of burning the baking sheet (at least that’s what happened to me a few times. Maybe I’m lucky) ?) Moreover, every waiter is afraid that you are not full and will immediately come to ask if you want to add something if something is missing. Almost every restaurant can do this. Your shinta is more expensive than a critically ill cow, and it has been open for a long time. Are you really confused or are you afraid that customers will order too much?To sum up: there is nothing wrong with the food, and the taste is about half as good as other barbecues you can eat. The specialty is that you can order Wagyu beef, and there are quite a few choices. Bad review for the service quality. If you want to have a happy meal, please pay attention to mood management.

Went in for dinner on Friday April 19. Saw the Instagram posts and had high hopes ordered the silver wagyu option (paid $100 pp + tax+tips) the meat was subpar at best . Really was looking forward to dinner with family but left disappointed service was slow the heat on grill was so low that the scallops took 10 minutes to cook we spent most of the time waiting for the grill to heat up the bibinbap they served was cold no exaggeration. To be fair it could have been just our table but if that is their strategy for all you can eat it is bad.

The first time I wrote a Google review was because I encountered very good service this time - Sister Jenny!Parents with babies all know that if they cannot take their two-year-old baby out to eat, the baby will look around and not eat properly. Sister Jenny not only provides good service, but is also better for the baby! I keep talking to the baby to ask him to eat quickly, and the baby just keeps eating hard hahaha. They gave us a cup because they were worried that the baby wouldn't be able to hold the ice cream!Thanks ? I wish you a prosperous business!Kid-friendliness: very suitable! Baby friendly!

Great meal for friends or small family. We ordered from black menu and food options were reasonable for chicken, short ribs, shrimp and steak. Great value on a pitcher of Sapporo beer and pricing of all you can eat menu with drinks and dessert including tip was less than 70$ per person.

Food good, love the different price picks. If your rich, get the wagyu menu. If your a poor like me, get the normal menu lol either way, you will have a good time. Make sure you get the chicken karage first. So you can eat something while your meat is cooking. Ordered like 3 timesParking: Big plaza, got lots of parking.
I was able to walk in with a party of 5 at 5:40pm. It does tend to get super busy so you should probably get a reservation. Food was good, really liked the green salad dressing. Meat was well seasoned. Service was a bit slow but it's because it was super busy. Sometimes they would forget how many of an item we wanted or it took them awhile to get to us to take more orders. Note that you only have a 2.5h time limit. I don't think they told me when I entered and just assumed I knew.
